1 malam di lantai 10 tiba2 diusir diminta pindah ke lantai 9 dengan alasan menempati sendiri di lantai 10 sehingga AC tidak maksimal setelah pindah ternyata di lantai 10 dipakai rombongan... JADI SAYA DIBOHONGI. BARU INI ADA HOTEL BOHONGI TAMU... DIUSIR SURUH PINDAH. KAPOK GAK AKAN KE NOVOTEL LAMPUNG LAGI..
Ditelpon dari lantai B2 yang angkat istri langsung ditutup tanpa basa basi. Kalau yang angkat suami langsung ditawari entertain di lantai B2... LUCU SEKALI

Great Hotel in Lampung
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is big and near the beach. The room is spacious and very cold. The amenities are complete, wifi working well, no issues at all.

I tried breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet and all is good, up to Novotel standards.

Good job Novotel, hope I can visit you again next time

Pros:

This hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Strategic location! The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the kids pool was a great place to relax. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

First day of fasting and coincidentally there was a way to break fast with Dinovotellampung, wow the view is really beautiful especially towards the best evening.
I was approached by Ms. Fitri and offered help and was very alert and humble.
Breakfast food has lots of choices and is delicious, the place is spacious and clean and very comfortable. next time there will be another opening event with dinovotellampung

Beautiful Hotel Average Service
Pros:

The good parts about the hotel is location far from city. The room was a fantastic which was upgraded due to Accor membership. The view from corner room was stunning and provided complete view of bay mountains and lampung city.
The best part about my stay was room and views. Overall hotel is also very beautiful.

My stay was during an off season and it really showed on the quality of service, food taste and amenities in the hotel.
During evening the lights and air conditioning is off at main lobby and restaurant area. The gym was a ghost town with no electricity.

Considering the price hotel is overall very decent.
