McApline felt like a home away from home. Kids free, adults only retreat, that nicely pay’s homage to the glory days of
Pros:

McAlpine House is exceptional. It felt intimate, exclusive, yet very homely. It was close to everything, 10min walk to Matos brewery, or 15min walk into town. But it was the staff and the host that truly made the place special!

Cons:

Nothing. Rate McApline 10/10.

Loved the vibe of this beautiful place.
Pros:

Absolutely loved this place. It’s beautifully tranquil and has so much character. There are several different areas to sit and relax in and some stunning art work decorating the property. We were so well looked after by Leanne who made us a delicious breakfast each morning. It was also great to be able to chat to the other guests over breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really apart from maybe needing some more shade over the loungers by the pool.
