The rooms were acceptable and generally clean.

Cons:

It was disappointing that there was no in-room safe for storing valuables. The location is excellent, but overall I would not choose to stay here again. Large groups of men often gather around the hotel, which feels intimidating, and there are frequently homeless individuals sleeping right outside the entrance. This negatively affected my sense of safety and overall experience.

Reasonable price/comfort/ location
Pros:

Spacious quiet rooms with good clean showers and hot water.

Cons:

Heating is set to very low so it gets quite cold in the room in winter, especially after a rainy day a cold room isn’t ideal. I tried to increase the temperature setting but it didn’t work. I had to request a second duvet which allowed us to get a warm sleep but you wouldn’t hang around in the room too much during the day.

La habitación confortable, limpia, luminosa, cómoda y silenciosa. Las camas de 10. El desayuno algo caro pero bueno. El personal muy atento y agradable. Cerca de lo mejor de Oporto andando.
