Muy bien ubicado
L’emplacement était excellent et permettait d’accéder facilement à pied à de nombreux sites célèbres.
Très bon petit-déjeuner et personnel agréable.
Il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de douche. Lorsque l’on prenait une douche, le sol de la salle de douche était complètement inondé. Il n’y avait qu’un seul jeu de serviettes visible à notre arrivée, mais après avoir cherché, nous avons trouvé un deuxième jeu rangé dans un sac en papier sur une étagère. Il aurait été préférable que cela nous soit expliqué dès le départ.

It had furniture from 20 years ago, maybe more. Its outdated and looks terrible.
The bed has a very thin mattress with a topper, but not very comfortable.
The towel i got was so thin and worn out that it was almost desintegrating. After 1 shower it was already smelling so bad, like that smell that gets into old things and you can never get out.
The AC didnt work, looked like it did not have coolant as the vents had water droplets on them but the air was only humid but not cold. also it was making a hell of a noise when on high. Luckly i could open the window for some cool air at night.
I asked for a late checkout and they said that the only option was 4hours vs 50e, nothing else, even though the hotel was pretty empty.
Even though my checkout was at 12, there was a staff person knocking on my door at 11:30 to tell me to check out, extremely rude.
Bathroom seemed decent, but that shower was very small. If you are an overweight person you will have trouble fitting.
You could hear nearby door when they were getting closed / slammed, so soundproofing is non existent.
Nothing in the room, no toiletries, no water (2e at the bar if you forget to buy at supermarket), not even those stupid glasses in the bathroom.
The location itself is very shady, as previous comments said, a lot of homeless make their home next to the hotel.
Just make yourselves a favor and pick another hotel, i only stayed a night but still regret my choice.
Not even for 50e is this worth it, let alone 100e.

Le petit déjeuner diversifié et de qualité
⚠️ Point le plus grave : disparition d’argent dans notre chambre.
De l’argent a été pris directement dans un sac laissé dans la chambre. Lorsque nous avons signalé l’incident à la réception, aucune réelle prise en charge n’a été proposée. Il nous a simplement été répondu que c’était « notre parole contre celle de l’équipe de ménage ».
⚠️ Absence de ménage dans la chambre un jour de notre séjour.
La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée et, malgré notre réclamation, le personnel n’a fait preuve d’aucune écoute ni de volonté de trouver une solution.

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, à deux pas de très bons restaurants et avec une superette au pied de l'hôtel ce qui permet les achats de dernière minute tandis que l'hôtel reste silencieux.
Les équipements de la chambre étaient franchement passables : L'évier était bouché, le rideau de douche conduisait l'eau en dehors de la douche, un nombre de serviette et d'oreiller minimum et une télécommande qui ne marche qu'une fois sur trois. Le surmatelas du lit était épais mais plus petit que le matelas créant un décrochage avec le matelas plutôt inconfortable. La chambre était également très sombre avec la nécessité d'allumer la lumière le matin comme le soir.
It was near to the Cathedral about 10 minutes walk down hill. Room was basic like Ibis hotels . Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. The supermarket was right at the door.
Rough sleepers were just outside the hotel but didn’t hassle anyone we saw.
