this was the most awful hotel stay ,since, I have never experience this type of treatment before.

Cons:

We encountered several issues during our stay, including problems with air conditioning, the TV, and a lack of cold water in the bathrooms. Upon arrival, the receptionist had the handyman check which room was better for us, suggesting they weren't prepared for our booking.

The handyman initially refused to give us a room with air conditioning and instead provided a small heater. After attempting to fix the cold water issue, he moved us to another room with air conditioning, but there was still no cold water available. Everything is old, our rooms were not ready by 3pm which was one hour after scheduled check in, we had our rooms changed by the hotel twice because of a faulty boiler, the last room they gave us the Aircon was faulty as well. 10/10 would not recommend

The staff members are friendly,helpful and very welcoming.the place is peaceful and quiet

Cons:

We did room service but did not enjoy the food..the next day the house keeper left the plates outside our room and they remained there till we complained about them as we were afraid kids might break them.

Lovely towels and bedding in newer units. Very friendly staff. Nice charging port for phone on side of dresser.

Cons:

Basin in bathroom was blocked. Some units sheets and bedding not so clean. Not all the lights worked.

Cons:

Rooms are old, beds are uncomfortable, first day we didn’t get soaps in our room. The photo’s on the website are not the same as what you get especially with the rooms. At one time at breakfast they drained the coffee station as someone found a cockroach in their coffee. For the price I paid, it’s definitely not value for money..

Standard rooms are bad. Old furniture. Beds are old hard mattresses and so uncomfortable. Old carpets with holes. Towels are Old and worn out. Food is horrible. My stay was so uncomfortable there. Chef must go definitely
