Pros:

It was OK. Basic stuff that we needed. But the staff was really bad. You couldn't find anyone on their post.

Cons:

Staff was absolutely nowhere. Sometimes we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get someone to assist us at the Reception desk. They also forgot to make our breakfast packs.

Beautiful place but a terrible stay experience
Pros:

The rooms are beautiful and spacious

Cons:

The food is not tasty.
There is no wifi in the room, there is a big smart tv in the room which cannot work because there is no network.
I stayed in one of the suites and the experience was horrible, the first day there was no hot water. The second day there was no electricity. After notifying the receptionist every morning at 6am I had to call back a couple of times to get feedback

The outside premises were not well kept, seemed abandoned, had wanted to do some activities like putt putt.

Pros:

The reception and cleaning staff were amazing. Very friendly, accomodative and helpful. The restaurant and bar staff also did an exceptional job. The facility did well in terms of service and availability of options at the restaurant and bar.

Cons:

The facilities are outdated. WIFI is very weak in the rooms & very touch and go at the restaurant area. The TV was not working at all. The play area is also outdated, very basic.

wont go back in a hurry
Pros:

Bathroom was not clean, old towels. Dinner ala carte order a hamburger was not fresh and sent back, not even taken off my bill. Linen in the room was not up to standard.

The network
We struggling with network at our rooms.
For us to get network we had to be at the reception room.and the tv was not working.but the stuff
Explained to us about the tv issue, wich was not a big deal but got a lil bored at the rooms becouse it was quiet with no tv and network

Satisfied
Pros:

Friendly service from all staff members. Food displays and presentations thereof was excellent. With breakfast the Chef, Sibusiso greeted us very friendly and prepared our breakfast to our preference and brought it to us himself. He surely is Michelin Chef quality. Many thanks to our wonderful stay.

Cons:

Only problem we're the wifi connection and no tv.

Pros:

Suite A room is top-notch.

Cons:

Food, my friend and I ate rotten food for dinner. We couldn't even finish our meal. The meat was worse. The chips i had were also not in good condition.

The staff members were friendly and I like the local of the place.

Cons:

The place was not clean as there are big spiders web at the dinning room and whenever we call for assistance the call was not picked up and as the result we didn't get the help we wanted.
