Based on previous stays, I have noted a good attitude by the staff despite having limited resources to execute their tas
Pros:

It’s good to see the staff going out of their way to ensure guests are happy during their stay. The kindness should be extended to all guests.

My stay was comfortable, WiFi & air conditioning system was working well. I unfortunately did not eat breakfast due to time constraints.

Well done.

Cons:

Management of the Hotel is failing the staff by not directing funding into facility improvements. The staff is always dealing with customer queries & they are doing their best under the circumstances.

this was the most awful hotel stay ,since, I have never experience this type of treatment before.

We encountered several issues during our stay, including problems with air conditioning, the TV, and a lack of cold water in the bathrooms. Upon arrival, the receptionist had the handyman check which room was better for us, suggesting they weren't prepared for our booking.

The handyman initially refused to give us a room with air conditioning and instead provided a small heater. After attempting to fix the cold water issue, he moved us to another room with air conditioning, but there was still no cold water available.
