Ancora un soggiorno fantastico!
Pros:

A distanza di un anno siamo tornate nella bellissima Firenze! Abbiamo trovato la struttura ancora migliorata rispetto già al passato ottimo soggiorno.
Pulizia, gentilezza e una buonissima colazione sono gli aspetti fondamentali del Desiree! Ovviamente senza tralasciare la posizione super centrale e comoda! Grazie mille alla prossima!

Hôtel simple à 10min du centre historique de Florence
Pros:

- Emplacement : près de la gare de trains de Florence ainsi qu'à 10min à pied du centre. Beaucoup de restaurants dans le coin.
- Personnel sympathique et souriant
- L'Hôtel est d'accord de garder les valises pendant la journée après check out ce qui est très pratique.
- Réception ouverte tard (peut-être 24h/24h, je ne peux pas confirmer).
- La propreté des chambres

Cons:

- le petit déjeuner est nettement moins bon que ce qui apparait sur les photos booking. Je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux. Je ne comprends pas comment le petit déjeuner peut être considéré comme "très bon petit déjeuner", il n'y a rien de spécial, c'est du même niveau que dans un motel sur la route. Le café n'est pas bon, très peu de pains qui ne soient pas du pain en sachet ou du pain blanc, très peu de variété dans ce que l'on peut rajouter sur le pain, pas d'oeufs, tout était industriel (tartes industrielles, cracottes en sachet ..)
- les murs sont fins, il y a du bruit déjà tôt le matin dans l'hôtel
- Je trouve que les photos ne sont pas représentatives de l'hôtel : notre chambre était beaucoup plus vieillotte. Il n'y a pas de mal car cela a son charme mais je trouve qu'il faut avoir des photos représentatives des chambres.
- il faut savoir que l'hôtel est dans un immeuble, au 2e étage. Pour rentrer, il faut monter plusieurs marches avant d'arriver à un ascenseur donc ce n'est pas évident pour une personne à mobilité réduite.
- l'hôtel étant situé dans le quartier de la gare, les alentours sont sales

Vicinanza al centro storico e alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella, colazione ricca, varia e molto buona. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura il giorno della partenza per fare un ultimo giro in centro. Personale gentile.

Cons:

Pulizia della stanza, mancava stipite della porta del bagno, mancavano salviette del bagno (bidè), muri sporchi.

駅至近でお得なホテル
Pros:

駅に本当に近いのでチェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらいギリギリまで観光できる。どこへでも歩いていける。ウツフィ美術館まで15分くらい。24時間フロントにスタッフがいる。どのスタッフもとても親切。朝食はクロワッサンが絶品だった。甘いパンも沢山あった。

Cons:

2泊したが、タオルの交換がなかった。バスマットのみ。
シーツやタオルはだいぶ古い。でも清潔な部屋でシャワーのお湯も問題ない。

Estancia perfecta
Pros:

Ubicación muy adecuada, cercana a la estación de tren, fácil acceso y cercano a un par de tiendas de conveniencia. Desayuno adecuado (tipo italiano por supuesto), personal súper amable yatento.
