This hotel is a three star hotel with Four star facilities and service. The location is excellent
Pros:

Th staff were helpful. I was travelling with special needs and they made sure that everything was perfect. The Air conditioner was not working one day and the engineering department fixed it within 5 minutes.

Cons:

I would have preferred more fruits for breakfast.

Perfect stay near train station and walking distance to everything!
Pros:

Location perfect for all the tours we took meeting place was the train station 4 minutes walk! Walking distance to everything we saw lots just walking excellent location!
Also was very close to the hop on hop off stop!
Clean and large room , very comfortable bed, nice bathroom!
Air conditioning works perfectly!
Breakfast was very good many choices, people super friendly and helpful!
Elevators for the second floor were great for the luggage!
Our bedroom had a large window! So was nice in the morning to look outside

Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Fin dal nostro arrivo Mirko è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre attento a ogni nostra esigenza. La struttura è in una posizione ottima, pulita, accogliente e mantiene tutto il fascino dello stile fiorentino. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la sua disponibilità nel permetterci di riposare qualche ora in più e nel lasciarci fare colazione con calma. Inoltre, ci ha consigliato anche un ottima trattoria dove pranzare. Piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

It's close to Firenze SMN terminal. The staff are very friendly & accommodating.

Cons:

The lift was just too small to accommodate all your luggage. Only 2 people can ride the lift with luggage but overall it's a good 2 night stay.
