Top en uiterst dier vriendelijk!!
Pros:

Zeer (dier)vriendelijk personeel!! We brachten een wat uniek huisdier mee en het personeel reageerde zo ongelooflijk positief, dat dit wel een hele hoge tevredenheid score gaf.

Verder is het een uitstekend hotel. De kamer was keurig, zeer schoon (zelfs geen strepen op de spiegels of het raam), absoluut comfortabel en vrij ruim.

Een fijn uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet voorzien van veel keuze in zowel het eten als drinken. Ruime zitplaatsen in een grote eetzaal.

Grote ruime parking met gratis parkeren. Er is een ruim en gezellig ingericht terras.

Cons:

De ligging van de kamer was echt het meest afgelegen van alle kamers t.o.v. de receptie en het restaurant. Terwijl de nooduitgang gelijk toegang biedt tot de buitenruimte moesten we nu telekens het hele hotel door. Dat was spijtig (wel goed voor de wandel kilometers)

Excepté pour la connection Internet, c'est un hôtel qui vaut le passage.
Pros:

La location juste à l'extérieur de Bruxelles, mais proches du centre de Waterloo, est super. Les chambres sont spacieuses et modernes. Le restaurant sur place est un plus.

Cons:

En tout premier lieu et sans aucune hésitation : la qualité de la vitesse Internet.

En 2026, j'étais entre 5 et 10 Mbit/s, c'est-à-dire totalement impossible de regarder un film le soir ou de travailler la journée, raison pour laquelle j'étais là. C'est quasiment inadmissible d'avoir une connexion instable en tant qu'hôtel de cette renommée aujourd'hui.

Je tiens quand même à signaler que le staff m'a fait une réduction de 20 €, mais c'est tout bonnement impossible et c'est à corriger extrêmement rapidement.

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work. Hairdryer had to be replaced as didn’t work. Curtains and carpet stained. Breakfast dishes not replenished - eating lukewarm leftovers. Chose hotel because it said it was historic; felt like a faceless business hotel.
