Goed verzorgd hotel dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden van Waterloo en omstreken
Pros:

goede en vriendelijke ontvangst, personeel dat meertalig is

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt was redelijk wat leeg, dit had eerder aangevuld kunnen worden.

Pros:

We love this hotel when visiting family in Belgium. Home from home with comfortable bed in a spacious room. Service is excellent in the bar and in the restaurant and at reception. Very good menu and extensive wine list. Very reasonably priced. Recommended

Cons:

De werken aan het hotel begonnen om 7u in de ochtend waardoor we niet konden genieten van doorslapen. Deze werken hadden ze moeten melden voor ik het Hotel boekte.

Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et respectueux. Chambre et literie très agréable. Pas mal de choix pour le petit déjeuner, jus d'orange frais.

Cons:

L'acoustique des chambres n'est pas très bonne, on a entendu des enfants pleurer dans les couloirs à 6h du matin, et des adultes à 7h30. Rien d'autres à redire.

eten in restaurant was zeer lekker

Cons:

badkamer wat aan de krappe kant en er ontbrak warmwater in de douche - zeker voor een kamer met betere uitrusting als een standaard
