De centrale locatie en de tuin waarin je dicht bij de Ourthe zit. Hier kun je lekker zitten met een drankje. Het ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd.
De donkere gangen, soms ging het licht te laat aan, dan loop je écht in het donker.
De energie bijdrage van € 4,50 per overnachting vind ik aan de hoge kant. De helft zou beter zijn.
In het restaurant zijn 3 airco's aanwezig die toen wij er waren aanstonden, had o.i. wel wat minder gekund.
Just a great place to which we constantly return. Rooms, breakfast, and wellness are all amazing. Restaurant is decent, but not gourmet. Their pizza restaurant is perfect, and great for cocktails too.
Mooi hotel in het centrum van Houffalize. Voldoende gratis parkeren.

Ligging en hotelkamer
Diner, verkeerde bestelling waardoor een van ons langer op eten moest wachten.
Het ontbijt was tot 10.00u. Om 9.30 was al het brood op. Na 10 minuten kwam er 1 brood dat warm was van buiten en van binnen nauwelijks ontdooid. Kortom, amper iets kunnen eten.

De familiekamer was heel groot, super mooi en van alles voorzien, alsook het personeel was super vriendelijk. Het ontbijt en avondeten waren ook super.
De menukaart was super voor volwassenen maar ik miste wel wat alternatieven voor kinderen op de kaart.
Het was voor ons een perfecte oase midden in de reuring van het EK gravel.
Jammer dat de hotelparkeerplaats niet gegarandeerd kon worden tijdens het evenement, maar dat werd helemaal gecompenseerd met het feit dat we na de wedstrijd (en eigenlijk al uitgecheckt!) nog mochten douchen in de spa. Top!
