Very nice hotel with great staff
I lost some personal belongings during my stay, and the staff were very kind and helpful in arranging to send them back to my home address. Unfortunately, the package was never delivered.
If you are travelling with a dog, please be aware that breakfast is served in a separate room for guests with pets. You will need to collect your food from the main breakfast area and bring it to the designated room, as the hotel separates guests with and without dogs during breakfast.

Het ontbijt.
Geen verwarming in de badkamer, douche in de sauna was koud. Hotel is een beetje verouderd. Er was veel rook in het restaurant door het gerecht op de hete steen aan de tafels. En bij uitchecken rekende ze een extra tax wegens stijgende prijzen. 4€pppn.
Dit ideaal gelegen en naar mijn inzien middelgrote stadshotel biedt een aangenaam kader, met rustige, vrij gemoedelijke, ongedwongen en huiselijke sfeer (vermoedelijk vooral omwille van relatieve kleinschaligheid en typisch welbekend en trouwens persoonlijk geliefd Ardense karakter van het etablissement), lekker en voldoende grote porties eten (vooral het ontbijt - zowel qua aanbod als qua de kwaliteit van de voeding - blonk uit, vonden wij persoonlijk!), rustig gelegen, voldoende ruime en mooi en modern ingerichte slaapkamer (op verzoek correct ingericht met twee enkele en gescheiden bedden) met dito aansluitende badkamer met praktische inloopdouche. Vriendelijk onthaal en geëngageerd management. Correcte, professionele en attente houding restaurantpersoneel en andere stafleden. Wij plannen er zeker nog meermaals graag terug te komen!
Er valt werkelijk aan het hotel (o.a. infrastructureel en i.v.m. de aard en kwaliteit van het verblijfsaanbod) en de verleende en kwalitatief - trouwens goede! - dienstverlening volgens ons niets negatiefs op te merken! Dit hotel verdient terecht en op best eervolle wijze zijn mooie vier sterren, het management en het gehele (o.a. ondersteunend) personeelsbestand doen als sterk samenhangend team duidelijk merkbaar en consistent hun uiterste best om dagelijks telkens opnieuw (met welverdiend succes!) dezelfde hoogstaande kwaliteit aan hun hotelgasten te bieden! En daarin slagen zij volgens ons glansrijk!

Heel vriendelijk naar dieren toe
C'est notre 2ème séjour, l'accueil est top. Le personnel serviable et souriant. Le petit déjeuner a un très grand choix. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous avons découvert la partie brasserie dans le jardin, juste magnifique
Het personeel is fantastisch en dan met name Gita. We zijn ontzettend gastvrij ontvangen en toen ze de hond zag kregen we een grotere kamer, zodat we meer ruimte hadden. Ook de rest van het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. Ontbijt was heerlijk.

Mooie centrale ligging in het dorp met parking vlakbij.
Ook een gratis kamer upgrade gekregen omdat deze toch vrij was 👌.
Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker.
Wellness is een beetje verouderd maar zeker oké.
