Everything was absolutely perfect. It is five star all the way. Service impeccable. Guest relations manager Giovanna was superb as was the entire staff. I don't think that my husband and I have ever been to any hotel anywhere in the world that is run so perfectly as this gem in the Swiss Alps ! We hope to be back again !

Palace bénéficiant d'une vue à couper le souffle. Accueil personnalisé que ce soit à l'hôtel ou au restaurant qui offre de délicieux et variés mets. Chambres spacieuses très bien équipées et décorées avec charme. La cerise sur le gâteau est un SPA très fonctionnel et mignon avec des piscines et jacuzzis interieurs et exterieurs avec une vue paradisiaque. Les soins sont donnés par des des professionnels aguerris à l'image de tout le personnel de cet hôtel respirant la sérénité.

Vi har aldrig varit med om bättre service. Det var verkligen fantastiskt! Personalen var så snälla och hjälpsamma. Vårt rum var så fint och alltid rent. Städerskan höll verkligen koll så att ingenting saknades, allt var rent, påfyllt och vi behövde inte göra något. Maten var helt underbar, vi fick inte nog! Utsikten måste man själv få uppleva. Vi åkte med vår bebis på 5 månader och det gick hur bra som helst. Personalen hjälpte oss med allt och vi saknade ingenting. Vi kommer definitivt åka tillbaka igen.

Relaxing in generous beautiful athmosphere
Pros:

The location - on a sunny terrace with stunning views - remote and silent with the energies of the highest and most powerful mountains of the alps, especially the complete massif du Blanc. Only 15 suites, no big crowds. Individually designesd spacious rooms with natural high quality materials, same with the Spa- quality instead of quantity oriented. Perfect friendly and open-minded service. We had a real Gourmet experience in the restaurant - better reserve a table on weekends. We absolutely enjoyed staying in this relaxing generous beautiful athmosphere. This has its price - and it is worth it.
