Pros:

Goede locatie, privé parking, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Het is een prima hotel om gewoon te overnachten en te ontbijten, verder is er niet veel maar dat is ook niet nodig in en rond Locarno

Für meine Gruppe aus 8 Personen war der Aufenthalt in Locarno SUPER!
Pros:

Hotel Muralto ist ideal gelegen, neben Bahnhof, ein paar Gehminuten vom Bahnhof.
Service sehr gut, Anfrage einer 2 ten Decke aufs Zimmer wurde blitzartig erfüllt!!
Sehr freundlich an der Rezeption!!

Cons:

Umbuchung war sehr zäh gelaufen, da ich über E Mail bei booking.com erst sehr spät Unterstützung erhielt.
Für mich klar nie mehr über booking .com buchen.
Rechung und Abzug auf Karte wurde aber pünktlich gemacht!!:), heisst wenn s ums Geld geht , ist man schnell...

Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel Muralto sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ideal für Ausflüge in und um Locarno. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und aufmerksam, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Es ist bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt und wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Cons:

Es gibt aus unserer Sicht nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden.
