Pros:

Ruhige Lage 5Min zu Fuss beim Bahnhof und Zentrum. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Highlight war die SelfService Bar in der Hotel Lobby, einfach alle Getränke aufs Zimmer notieren und bei Abreise bezahlen. Feines Frühstücksbuffet! Ideales Hotel auch für Gruppen, meine Kollegen vom Turnverein waren alle begeistert.

Il n'était pas possible d'avoir du lait chaud au déjeuner quand bien même il y avait des sachet de chocolat à disposition (Caotina)

Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten, war aber trotzdem in Ordnung. Lager super, Zimmer auch ok, freundliches Personal.

Trotz Freundlichkeit des Personals , die Aufenthalt anstrengend , wenig Profesionalität.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage einige Minuten vom SBB-Bahnhof Locarno entfernt- top.
Die Aussicht auf Lago Maggiore ( oberste Etage ) war top. Frühstück war angemessen.
Die Klimaanlage gerade bei der grossen Hitze hat einigermassen gut gearbeitet.

Cons:

Wir haben nicht die versprochene Suite bekommen , dafür eine kleinere. Die grosse Sonnestore bei der Terasse war
ganz ausser Funktion dazu wie nach dem Sturm vernichtet und sah aus wie sie lange nicht repariert wurde.
Vielleicht wollten andere Gäste das nicht haben und wir haben es bekommen. Bei der gerade +36°C - Hitze
ohne Sonnenstore haben sich die grosse Terasse-Fenster sehr aufgewärmt...Man hat uns ein winzig kleines "Sonen-
schirm" auf der Terasse gestellt , was auch keine Wirkung zeigte. Im Bad kein Ablüftunsgsystem und bei der Hitze
Fenster zu öffnen war unsinnig.Das Pesonal hat sich bei uns für diese Unannähmlichkeiten schon entschuldgt , was
an der Lage nichts geändert hat.
Die letze Nacht hat man im Nebenzimmer sehr laut gefeiert, wir konnten überhaupt nicht schlaffen, aber man bekommt keine Hilfe im Hotel , weil die Rezeption um 23:00 Uhr schliesst und niemand ist da , nicht mal Nachtwache. Man bleibt mit solchen Problemen allein da.
Ich erinnere mich an dieses Hotel vor 10 Jahren es war schon mal besser...

J'y retournerai volontiers
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, chambre très agréable, le ticket ticino m'a été envoyé 2 ou 3 jours avant par mail, ainsi j'ai pu en bénéficier immédiatement, hôtel situé près de la gare et assez près du centre-ville

Cons:

Les linges de bain sont un peu rêches; le petit déjeuner est très bon mais il manque de choix; à l'heure actuelle, il devrait y avoir des graines, des flocons d'avoine, des fruits secs, du lait végétal.
