Pros:

не знаю откуда у отеля оценка 8,4 и 3 звезды. расположен в жилом доме на первом и последнем этаже. звкоизоляция номера плохая, все слышно из коридора. матрас вроде неплох, но подушка просто ужас- в мешок напихали синтипон. душевая-туалет очень маленькая. отстойный короче. если бы он стоил 50 евро сутки, еще куда ни шло, но он за 150.

все не понравилось.

I would highly recommend it!
Pros:

The best part is -
that you can go to the kitchen area, and grab muesli / banana / coffee for free, 24/7.
This is a game changer, I don't know why more hotels are not doing it!

The dining area is nice and spacious, with plenty of space to get your laptop out and work.
Also, the rooms are very spacious.
It was perfectly clean and nice.
The breakfast is fully good.

I liked a lot that the check-in and check-out were very easy - you get a code by email that you use to unlock the doors, and that's basically it.

Pros:

Тихое место, закрытый двор. Хорошее расположение: рядом магазин, ресторан, общественный транспорт. Парковки нет, но припарковать машину можно на улице в пределах двух кварталов.
Надо иметь ввиду то, что номера находятся на седьмом этаже, но есть лифт.

Teuer , gute Lage , trotzdem kein schlechtes Hotel

Sprechen tut mit ihnen keiner , online einchecken, beim Frühstücken spricht auch keiner mit ihnen , Frühstück besteht aus Salami und Käse,
Hotel sehr hellhörig ,
Toilette ist so klein, schwierig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

Cons:

Die Lage von meinem Einzelzimmer, ist nicht so 100% gut zum ausschlafen, da direkt am Eingang Rezeption, aber das trübt den Gesamteindruck nicht. Ich kann gerne wieder. Vielen Dank
