Tiszta szoba, kedves személyzet, finom, bőséges reggeli.
Kicsit zsúfolt volt a wellness.
Mindennel elégedettek voltunk. A szobánk modern, tiszta és jól felszerelt volt, a szállás többi része is hasonlóan. A reggeli bőséges és változatos, az étterem és a felszolgálás kiváló! A borkóstoló pedig informatív, jó hangulatú, fantasztikus borokkal és profi vezetéssel.
Kedves személyzet
Szét csúszó matrac illetve nagyon meleg volt a szobában és a személyzet szerint sajnos télen csak fűteni tudnak nyáron csak hűteni. Kinyitottam az ablakot túl lehetett élni csak azért érdekes.
Ami pozitívum az elhelyezkedés, a jó levegő, a szép környezet, a belváros sincs messze kocsival, és összességében a személyzet is kedves volt.
A negatívum sajnos több volt mint a pozitív, kezdve azzal hogy csalódás hogy sehol nincs előre feltüntetve hogy a wellness már 7kor zár, és ráadásul külön épületben is van, szóval a hidegben vagy bikiniben flangálj át, vagy cipeld minden ruhádat. Emellett a gőzkabin nem működött, pedig pont amiatt esett erre a helyre a választás, mert itt az van.. A szobába belépve csatornaszag volt, szellőztettünk, így jobb lett, az ágy kényelmetlen volt, minden áthallatszott a másik szobából.
A minibárból 3 kisebb tételt fogyasztottunk 6000 ft-ot számoltak fel a végén, 1 mogyi 2 kis innivalóra. A reggeli silány volt. És még a parkolásért is fizetni kellett, inkább az utcában álltunk meg (ott ingyenes) összegezve: 1 éjszakára elment, de visszamenni nem fogunk.
Szerencsére a város gyönyörű volt, emiatt nem maradt meg bennünk rossz élményként az út.
Másodjára voltunk itt, és minden szuper volt. A reggeli bőséges, a borkóstoló szuper hangulatban telt, a szobák tiszták rendezettek. A személyzet pedig rendkívül segítőkész volt. Biztos jövünk még vissza.
A wellness úszómedence felújítás alatt volt, erről nem olvastam korábban tájékoztatást, de ezt leszámítva meg voltunk elégedve a wellness résszel.
A reggeli lehetett volna jobb 4csillagos szallashoz viszonyitva

A nagy medence felújítás alatt volt. Jelezhettèk volna, de nem volt sok ember így nem volt tömeg :)
Remek helyen, nagyon szép szálloda. Kellemes wellness részleg, tágas szoba, kényelmes ágy, korrekt svédasztalos reggeli - igazán élveztük!
