Good but with potential.
Pros:

The sea view from the room was amazing. Good parking. Clean.

Cons:

The poor selection and variation of the breakfast. Images of the rooms do not correspond to the reality. A bit long walking distance from the city centre because there is no taxi available. There is a local bus but hard to understand the times schedule.

The hotel is clean, and the room is overall okay.

Cons:

Not good value for money. We appreciate is high season in Porto Cesareo, but there was basically no staff, no info, movements of items in the back of house at 2am, no hot water in the morning, breakfast with packed plum cakes, and paid €140 for one night.

Pros:

l'unica nota positiva è la posizione , dopodiche' andrebbe rivisto un po' il concetto di Hotel.

Cons:

pulizia inesistente, camere al limite del decente per quello che si paga.
stanza esterna alla struttura la porta d'ingresso alla stanza è simile ad un uscita di sicurezza con maniglioni antipanico dall interno e dall esterno possibilita di aprire a chiunque , tende impolverate insomma un disastro
