The hotel was good and located in a safe area. The room was a bit small but overall we enjoyed our stay.

A localização achei que seria muito longe, mas não foi. Super tranquilo se descolocar de metrô e muito rápido também. O bairro é seguro e muitas lojas em volta.
O quarto é bom o espaço e a limpeza também, só precisa de alguma manutenções. Mas em geral, excelente custo benefício, me hospedaria de novo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura. Siamo arrivati abbiamo fatto il cek in ci hanno chiesto solo la tassa di siggiorno, quindi noi abbiamo pensato che la struttura si pagasse al cek out, invece il giorno dopo ci presentiamo in struttura e ci trovi la card bloccata, andiamo giù in reception e la facciamo sbloccare dopo neanche 5 minuti ci vengono a bussare la porta tutti agitati chiedendo i soldi della struttura, quindi noi scendiamo giù x pagare e non ci danno una ricevuta, in poche parole abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di due ore x avere una ricevuta! Organizzazione pessima!

This place claims to be a 2-star hotel, but the staff and service quality fall far below that rating. The receptionists are consistently rude and dismissive, making you feel unwelcome from the start. Moreover, the surrounding area is rife with drug dealers and addicts, making it unsafe and uncomfortable, especially for families or solo travelers. This so-called “hotel” caters to questionable clientele and feels more like a shelter than a hotel.

I stayed here with my wife and baby, and it was a complete nightmare. The bed was far too small for even two people, and they refused to open the third bed without charging extra. When I managed to open it myself, there was no mattress provided – clearly, they don’t care about their guests' comfort.

Expect to battle with the staff at every step: check-in involves an absurdly long wait, while check-out is rushed and unpleasant, with staff practically banging on the door to push you out in a very aggressive manner.

This place might be “budget-friendly,” but you get what you pay for. The hotel is cheap, the area is dodgy, and the service is worse than zero-star quality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with dignity or respect for themselves. If you value safety, comfort, and a basic level of human decency, stay far, far away from this place.

The area is not representing Spain, it is very dirty and there is no attention from the government side, the parking that mentioned in this hotel description is not real.

Zunächst wollten wir ein AirBNB buchen, aber dieses Hotel ist uns aufgrund des günstigen Preises aufgefallen. Dementsprechend muss man aber auch seine Erwartungen einstellen, da uns doch einige störende Punkte aufgefallen sind:
- Personal kann leider wenig bis kein Englisch
- es gibt kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern lediglich eine kleine Auswahl an Backwaren
- sehr dünne Wände, daher recht laut
- neue Matratze nötig
- allgemein wäre eine Renovierung nicht schlecht.

Diese Punkte haben uns den Aufenthalt aber nicht wesentlich kaputt gemacht, da wir im Hotel eigentlich nur die Nacht verbracht haben. Der Zimmerservice funktioniert sehr gut!
Die Umgebung hat uns ganz gut gefallen, da man gänzlich unter den Einheimischen lebt und das kulinarische Angebot daher auch nicht auf Touristen ausgelegt ist. Da das Frühstück im Hotel für uns nicht so das Wahre war, haben wir die Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe besucht.
Die U-Bahn Station ist etwa 10min weit weg, die Regionalbahn eher 20min. Bus und Straßenbahn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. In die Stadt haben wir daher meist 30-40min gebraucht. Ansonsten haben wir uns nie unsicher gefühlt, allein die Sprachbarriere hat schon gestört.
Alles in allem ein absolut mittelmäßiges Hotel für einen günstigen Preis. Es kommt also alles aufs Erwartungsmanagement an! Wir haben für uns als Fazit gezogen, dass ein AirBNB in besserer Lage für den selben Preis die bessere Option gewesen wäre, aber das kommt immer auf die persönlichen Anforderungen an.

Debo comparar con la tarifa promedio que tiene la ciudad de Barcelona, una ciudad que tiene hoteles caros, así que teniendo en cuenta eso es un buen hotel, 3 estrellas que sirve para dormir, un poco alejado del centro pero tiene un metro a 8 minbutos caminando. Un tanto informal los recepcionista pero amables y ayudaron bastante con información de la ciudad. Si volvería
