Hotel bonito e bem localizado, mas o conforto do quarto e a qualidade do serviço precisam melhorar.
Pros:

As áreas comuns são muito bonitas, espaçosas e bem renovadas. A área da piscina é muito agradável e a localização é excelente para visitar as Cataratas e o Parque das Aves. O quarto também parecia ter sido renovado recentemente.

Cons:

O quarto e principalmente o banheiro eram pequenos. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e a descarga do vaso sanitário não funcionava bem. O colchão estava muito gasto e afundado nas laterais, com o centro mais alto, dando a sensação de escorregar para as bordas. A insonorização também era insuficiente e o barulho dos pássaros começava muito cedo pela manhã.

O café da manhã tinha muitas opções doces, mas relativamente poucas salgadas, e o serviço era demorado. No restaurante da piscina, esperamos mais de 30 minutos por um hambúrguer pedido sem queijo, que acabou chegando com queijo. O garçom não pediu desculpas pelo erro e o atendimento dele não foi particularmente cordial. No geral, esperávamos um serviço um pouco mais atencioso para um hotel desta categoria.

Great location for Brazilian falls, good rooms and facilities, staff could be better!

Great location, clean rooms and good breakfast.

Cons:

Staff could have been better… we were served cold food 2 evenings in a row in the bar. The staff there were slow and not attentive to serving guests. Plates left on tables for a long time while they were talking. Cold chips with dinner both nights, slow to replace. Menu could also be better.
Concierge tried to sell most expensive package rather than sharing options for travel to Argentine side and airport. Taxi booked via reception was cheaper.

Das Hotel bietet alles zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Gleichzeitig ist es sehr gut zu den Wasserfällen gelegen. Das Frühstück ist einfach großartig.

Cons:

Beim WLAN sollte man unbedingt nachlegen, genauso wie bei der Küche des Restaurants wie auch am Pool.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanma hotel. The rooms were beautiful, and we had a comfortable few nights. The breakfast served was great, with lots of variety. Staff were very helpful and the room service was of great quality too.
