The hotel looked very nice overall, with a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful interior design. It’s 6min walk to the Brazilian falls which is very convenient.

Cons:

The sauna and jacuzzis were not hot enough. Our room was generally clean, but there were a couple of things that could have been better regarding cleanliness. The food in the restaurant could also have been cooked better, and there was not enough variety in the food choices.

CAFE DA MANHA DE DOMINGO, DIA 10/05 - COMO ERA NOSSO ULTIMO DIA.. ARRUMAMOS AS MALAS PARA SAIR E FOMOS TOMAR CAFE AS 10:30. Como era dia das Maes, ja estavam arrumando e reservando o espaço para o Almoço. chegamos as 10:30 e não tinha mais meses preparadas para o café da manha, sendo que seria até as 11:00 horas.. Resumindo, tivemos que sair do hotel sem tomar café da manha. Uma verdadeira falta de respeito por parte da equipe do hotel.

Прекрасный отель с идеальным расположением
Pros:

Все отлично начиная со встречи. Отличный персонал и консьерж-сервис. Очень удобно, что на входе в отель начиная с 7:30 утра можно купить билеты и организовать трансфер в парке на Бразильской и Аргентинской стороне.
Прекрасные завтраки и ужины.
Живая музыка по вечерам.
Отличные джакузи на улице.
Расположение прямо возле парка.

Cons:

Все было хорошо. Не могу не отметить, что в номере пахло вареной гречкой, но может кому-то это нравится:)))

Pros:

Отель очень удобно расположен - метров 500 от входа в национальный парк Игуасу. Еще ближе вертолетная площадка и парк птиц.

Cons:

1. Плохое знание некоторым персоналом английского.
2. Непонимание персонала, как действовать в экстренных ситуациях. Нам потребовалась экстренная медицинская помощь ночью - дежурный работник с ресепшн не знал, что делать в таких ситуациях, что недопустимо в принципе, а тем более в 5-звездном отеле.
3. Высокая цена еды в ресторане. Показалось, что она даже дороже, чем в отеле Belmond внутри парка Игуасу, что крайне странно.
4. Комната была тесноватой. Непонятно, какую комнату бронировать для размещения с ребёнком, если комната на троих такая тесная. При этом мы видели более крупные двухместные номера.

Wyjątkowy hotel w świetnej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Świetne miejsce. Bardzo miły i profesjonalny personel. Pyszne jedzenie, zarówno podczas śniadania, jak i w restauracji oraz w barze. Piękny punkt widokowy na terenie hotelu. Świetne drinki. Basen, jacuzzi i sauna na wysokim poziomie. Dobrze wyposażona przestrzenna siłownia. Same pozytywy! Wejście do parku narodowego od strony brazylijskiej 10 minut na piechotę.
