Pros:

Viešbutis pačiame miesto centre, draugiškas personalas.

Cons:

Buvome sausio mėnesį. Lauke nakties metu buvo -17°C, kambaryje buvo šalta. Teko miegoti su džemperiu.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was in the centre of the town we were visiting.
The lady on reception was also very pleasant and willing to help.

Cons:

The rooms are very very basic and uninviting. There was no bin, hairdryer, the deco was dated and not even a kettle or refreshments in the room. The breakfast was very limited and only one large table to share for all of the guests. There were no tongues to pick up food at breakfast.
Personally I think the room price should be no more than 20-25 euros per night.
I'd recommend the owner visits other hotels around Europe to take ideas of how to spend their profit to make the hotel more inviting to guests.
