Stanza accogliente e in centro, vicina a tutto quello che abbiamo voluto vedere a Siviglia, sotto c'è un supermercato e di fronte un centro commerciale se dovesse mancare qualcosa in valigia e la fermata dei taxi e del bus.
Ho potuto lasciare in deposito i bagagli anche dopo il check out e continuare a girare la città, la ragazza della reception Lourdes molto gentile e sempre disponinile

Hotel muy centrico, no hay recepción pero en todo momento la chica de contacto lourdes estuvo muy pendiente por si la necesitabamos, el hotel cumplio lo que buscábamos

No hay personas físicas en el hotel toda comunicación x wasap, estuvimos dos noches y el segundo día no nos hicieron la habitación, y el último día la ducha no funcionaba y no nos pudimos duchar.
Comuniqué x la tarde x wasap q no me habían hecho la habitación y me dijeron que iban a dar aviso,pero cuando llegué x la noche seguía sin hacer.
Y esta mañana q no nos hemos podido duchar se lo hemos dicho a una persona q estaba x alli organizando a las limpiadoras no nos han dado ninguna solución.Fatal la experiencia, no lo recomiendo para nada.

Pros:

Todo genial, la verdad que hacer el chekin online es muy ventajoso y ahorra mucho tiempo, al igual que las claves de acceso, te quita de llevar encima la llave.
La cama era supercomoda, el tamaño de la habitación muy bueno al igual que el baño. Lourdes un encanto ya que estuvo pendiente hasta la llegada, me pasó las claves y...a disfrutar de la ciudad!! La verdad que me ha gustado mucho y muy céntrico.
