Every time I stay in Chisinau, I choose this hotel — and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I actually found it by trial and error, and since then I have never wanted to change.

First of all, the location is extremely convenient. The staff are incredibly polite, welcoming and helpful, and everyone speaks excellent English, which makes everything so easy.

I would especially like to mention Nikolai, who I believe is the hotel manager. He is such a genuinely kind and wonderful person. He is always ready to help, give advice and make sure that everything is comfortable for his guests. His kindness really makes a difference.

The breakfasts are also excellent. Another thing I really appreciate is how flexible the hotel is — whether you need a late check-in or would like to stay a little longer, they are always willing to help whenever possible.

There is also an excellent driver associated with the hotel. He is extremely reliable, responsible and punctual. He can pick you up from wherever you are and take you to the hotel, the airport or wherever you need to go. You simply don’t have to worry about anything — everything is taken care of.

For me, this hotel is especially valuable when I am travelling through Chisinau in transit, particularly after leaving Ukraine, when I have a long journey or flight ahead of me. In situations like these, it is so important to have a place where you know you will be welcomed, looked after and helped with everything you need.

So whenever I travel through Chisinau, there is absolutely no question about where I will stay. It will always be this hotel.

I found it by chance, but it has become my number one choice. I highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Chisinau — whether you are staying for a holiday or simply passing through. You will feel genuinely cared for here.

Специально выбирали проживание в этом районе Кишинева .
Чудесное расположение отеля , рядом торговые центры , хорошая транспортная развязка .
Номер большой, светлый, чистый ,с балконом .
В номере есть холодильник , принадлежности для кофе и чая .
Очень понравился завтрак. Хороший выбор блюд , вкусно , сытно.
Вежливый и приветливый персонал!
Рекомендую этот отель .

Хороший готель для відпочинку після дороги
Pros:

Дуже просторий, чистий та світлий номер. На прохання заселили раніше, допомогли з валізою. Розрахунок був карткою при заселенні. Ремонт не дуже сучасний, але все чисте та охайне. У номері було все необхідне для комфортного перебування. Обрала цей готель для відпочинку після перельоту — чудове співвідношення ціна/якість.
