Összességében kellemesen éreztük magunkat a hotelben, de úgy gondolom, hogy van néhány terület, amin érdemes lenne javítani.

Ami igazán tetszett, az a hotel kiváló elhelyezkedése, hiszen minden könnyen megközelíthető volt. A beltéri medence nagyon igényes és jól karbantartott, a személyzet végig kedves, segítőkész és mosolygós volt, az ételek pedig változatosak és kifejezetten finomak voltak. Külön szeretnénk kiemelni, hogy a kijelentkezés napján is nagyon rugalmasak voltak: a csomagjainkat biztonságosan ott hagyhattuk a recepción, így az utolsó napunkat is gondtalanul élvezhettük. Ez nagyon pozitív benyomást tett ránk.

Cons:

Sajnos a szoba tisztasága csalódást okozott. Érkezéskor a fürdőszobában több hajszálat találtunk, és a szobában szinte mindenhol hangyák voltak, ami jelentősen rontotta az ott-tartózkodás élményét. Ez egy 4 csillagos szállodától szerintünk nem elfogadható.

Reméljük, hogy a tisztasággal kapcsolatos problémák megoldódnak, mert a hotelnek egyébként sok erőssége van. Jelenlegi állapotában azonban összességében nem éreztük úgy, hogy valóban megfelelne egy 4 csillagos szálloda színvonalának.

Very busy hotel extremely clean, food (not breakfast) not great

Hotel very clean with lovely staff.

Cons:

Evening meal. Limited vegetarian food apart from the salad bar. Had to eat elsewhere.

atención excelente, servicio eficiente, comida muy buena, lo único que se termina muy rápido los platos, ejemplo, cuando llegamos a la cena, habían sacado muy poco pescado, y no lo reponen.

Хотела е едно непривлекателно място за почивка.
Cons:

Част от продуктите, вложени в закуската бяха с не добро качество. Сиренето горчеше, някои от колбасите бяха много солени, Общо взето вложените продукти бяха от консервирани храни.
За обяд и вечеря месото не беше добре приготвено, беше почти сурово.
Не почистваха редовно стаите, не смениха нито един път спалното бельо.
И кърпите не ги сменяха редовно.
Мивката в стаята не работеше, казах на регистратурата, изпратиха техник, но той не успя да отстрани проблема.

Room doors poorly isolated, everything happening in the hallway (guest coming back late, cleaning staff working early) resonates into the room. Needed earplugs to sleep.
Cleaning stuff knocking at the room door at 8am and again 9am.

Fair for price but could be better

Good sized room, lots powerpoints. Good television. Good couch. . Good location. 15 euro drinks deal if you buy green band all day. Bed comfortable

Cons:

Food awful absolutely tasteless.. cold and dirty plates on first day. Room looks fab in photos but the bathroom absolutely needs upgrade. Shower door broken. Air con extremely noisy. didnt feel clean .This is not 4 star hotel . Drinks watered down. Pool area crammed and not exactly spotless

Un 10 para la chica de pisos, gran trabajadora, y mejor persona

Cons:

Creo que el hotel necesita un push, por ser 4 estrellas en el tema de habitaciones.
El wc es pequeño, pero la hab es grande.
Centrar la tv con la cama, esta bien el sofa.
Pero normalmente te tumbas en la cama para ver la tv.
En cuanto al aire acondicionado, ha funcionado perfecto.
Os habeis planteado fancoils en un futuro?, sobre todo por sostenibilidad y huella de co2.
Pero en general muy bien.

Pros:

Personnel exceptionnel surtout , bara à la réception très accueillant et serviable et au niveau de la restauration le manager et du serveur et cuisinier ( Mounir , Mohamed ) très très accueillant je reviendrais vraiment que pour le service exemplaire!

Cons:

Pas de musique à la piscine c est dommage , manque d’ambiance
