Great clean hotel super location when travelling through Spain

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Great location for the motorway and good stopover on the way to Santander for the ferry from the south.
Lady at reception was very friendly and helpful and the room was large, very clean and comfortable. Even though it was frosty outside the room was very warm.
Parking was good and safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Returning visit says it all.
Pros:

Large bedroom, excellent bed linen, shower and bath, very warm, ideal stopover rlute. 2nd visit. Good restaurant across the car park.

Cons:

Unfortunately didn't take breakfast in the hotel itself as ferry delayed and wanted later breakfast but this was taken in restaurant across the car park. Had excellent meal but the breakfast was rather meagre.Returni g visit

We stayed overnight on our way to Santander, the location was very convenient but I feel the hotel was overpriced.
Pros:

The location was very good, easy access from the motorway. Ideal for those travelling from the south to the ferry ports.

Cons:

It was very basic. There was no tea making facilities. The shower tray needed replacing and the shower head also needed attention.
There was a small burn hole on the bed cover.
There were paw prints on the wall.

Worth the price
Pros:

The closeness to the main road yet quiet enough to sleep

Cons:

No kettle in room. Heating that wasn’t changeable . A walk across the car park for hot food.

Good motorway stopover
Pros:

The hotel is clean very close to the motorway and has facilities nearby (two restaurants and a petrol station. ) and they allow dogs. There is also three parking on site.
