Wonderful family run hotel - 10/10!
Pros:

Wonderful family run hotel with friendly welcoming staff. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Excellent facilities for families including games room , pool and jacuzzi.

Fantastic place and it truly is a family run hotel.
Pros:

Quaint hotel nestled just a 10min walk from the Super Morzine lift. Easy access to town and bus stopped right outside. Great location and the staff were all superb, breakfast and dinner was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Great value, would 100% stay again
Pros:

Great location, with fantastic free bus service right outside the door. All the staff are so amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many options and is kept well stocked. The room is a great size and the kitchen is very well equipped. Such good value for money, given the place has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and games room.

Cons:

The jacuzzi wasn’t hot for 6/7 days of our stay due to an issue with the jets. Separately, I had a do not disturb sign on my door while I was resting one day, however cleaners continued to phone the room to see when they could clean. I said I did not need the room cleaned, or new towels etc for that particular day, however, they came in anyway while the sign was still on the door.

Goed voor niet intensieve sporters
Pros:

Ruime kamer, verwarmde spiegel en faciliteiten

Cons:

De afstand naar de skilift. Reken toch op een 500-750 meter inclusief trappen, een brug die beweegt.
Ontbijt pas om 8u. Dit is te laat

Excellent location, great rooms , friendly staff.
Pros:

Good location, with spacious clean well facilitated rooms. Staff are friendly and accommodating and helped sort our ski passes out.

Cons:

Towels are a bit small. Unsupervised children in the hot tub after a days skiing (not the hotels fault!)

Pros:

Nous avons passé cinq jours formidables dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et toujours aux petits soins. La chambre était très confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement cinq minutes des pistes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

Het eten was goed, maar is waarschijnlijk streek gebonden, veel vlees en heel weinig groenten. Dit heb ik gemist!

Really lovely family-run hotel with excellent hospitality, and great facilities.
Pros:

Nice facilities (pool, spa), great evening meals, but most of all very friendly service, helpful with discounts for ski hire, lift pass, transport to slopes if desired (but not necessary as walking distance). Comfy bed too

Pros:

This was a fantastic family run hotel. Close to town and lifts. Good storage for bikes and bike rack. Staff very helpful and friendly. The pool and games room was great for the kids and we played pickle ball. The food was amazing including a great breakfast.
