Patacona Resort Apartments

El apartamento situado en una zona tranquila,bien comunicado con trasporte publico,pero recomendable alquilar coche.El menaje de cocina horroroso(sartenes que se pega todo,tostadora que hace saltar la luz,no habia escurridor para alimentos,ni un cuchillo de cocina decente).muy justito.Espacioso y muy luminoso.

Rent och fräscht. Bra läge, mycket nära stranden. Buss utanför hotellet som går till centrum på 30-40 minuter. Hårda sängar och kuddar. Kom ihåg att meddela hotellet er ankomsttid. Flexibel service och lätt att kommunicera med uthyraren via WhatsApp.

Our contract with Expedia included transfers from and to airport. This was confirmed by Liz, US telephone agent a few days before leaving for holiday. In the event, transfers were not available and we had to pay €38 for taxis both ways.
Having to collect keys from an office 200 metres away, whilst remainder of family waited at the resort with luggage, was an inconvenience. Also, the office was not identified by a building number and not easy to find.
Finding a welcome note in the apartment would have been a nice feature but there was nothing only notices about onerous fines for non compliance with rules.
Quality and quantity of cutlery and crockery in the apartment rather basic and well worn. No tin opener and cork screw of no use. Handle turned on stem making it impossible to remove a cork from a wine bottle. Absence of a dish cloth and tea towel. Toaster rather tired and dirty.
Rather peculiar lounge furniture, with numerous small drawers but not really functional. Shower head fell off holder as soon as water was turned on. No plug for basin in bath room.
Excellent swimming pool in complex but start of availability rather late at 10.30am. Lifeguard presence good. Security on site excellent. Proximity to superb beach a big plus. Very few bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of complex. Local bus service excellent.
In summary, a rather tired apartment in a good complex and local vicinity.

Brilliant location next to the beach. Apartment not flashy but perfectly clean and comfortable for a holiday base and kitchen well equipped. Good clear instructions given for after hours check in but did need an extra bit of help to locate the apartment. Security man was very helpful and we got by with his English attempts and my Spanish….towels were provided which I wasn’t expecting but my towel, whilst clean, was full of holes.

No nos dieron apartamento contratado y cuando protestamos nos lo cambiaron aunque tampoco era lo contratado. Y la calefacción no funcionaba.
La excusa era que llevábamos perro. Pero el perro entraba en la habitación contratada.

Apartamento amplio, con terraza y muy buenas vistas. Todo muy limpio.
Piscina y zonas comunes muy cuidadas.
Urbanización cerrada con vigilancia.
Al lado de la playa y a 15’ del centro de Valencia en coche.

Bon séjour, ville agréable, habitants aussi. Mais l’hôtel était difficile d’accès, ce n’est indiqué nulle part le fais que la réception ce fais dans un autre bâtiments que celui de la résidence. Nous avons donc dû tourné pendant 1heure avant de trouver.

Nos ha encantado el apartamento y la urbanización. Está bastante moderno y muy cómodo con todo lo necesario. La piscina es muy buena y el apartamento está en frente de la playa. La atención al cliente muy buena también.
Repetiremos sin duda.

No había nadie para darnos las llaves, así que no pudimos entrar al alojamiento. Una vergüenza.

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Appartement war geräumig aber leider nur sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt eine Garderobe und allgemein jegliche Dekoration (Bilder, etc.). Ansonsten hat aber alles funktioniert und Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Апартаменты рядом с морем.Бассейн на территории не работает в сентябре и позже.Остановка автобуса рядом(31).Состояние очень приличное.Интернет работает на приличной скорости.ЗБС.

Tolle Anlage mit Tennisplätze, Pool und Fitnesscenter direkt am Meer.
Beachtet aber das es keinen Zimmerservice gibt und die Anlage etwas weit weg ist von Valencia Taxifahrt kostet etwa 10 bis 13 Euro.

La tranquilidad de la zona muy buena, y lo que no me gusto el colchón horrible

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di piu del resort patagona è stato soggiornare all ottavo piano con attico privato di fronte al mare....spettacolo

Very good. Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable. Great swimming pool. Good security on site. City easily accessible by bus stop just 3 mins walk from complex.

Buona posizione vista mare, bella piscina, bar scarso, aria condizionata in appartamento non funzionante
