Lady at checkout was not very friendly but the man checking us in was lovely.

Le confort de la chambre… lit pas très confortable et serviette de toilettes pas de tres bonnes qualités.

Peut-être quelques petites améliorations minimes dans les chambres
Le personnel est très gentil et quand je me suis plainte de l’oreiller, ils me l’ont changé direct. Le petit déjeuner était très bien (très bon rapport qualité/prix).
Ce n’était pas propre, les photos sont mensongères, et pas du tout en accord avec la réalité. Cet hôtel mérite un bon coup de neuf et de propre. Exemple l’arrière de la porte des toilettes n’a jamais été nettoyée, les coussins sentaient la transpiration.
La proximité avec tous les commerces et les pistes
La couette était très petite, la nuit, c’était pas évident avec ma fiancée
Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de la station, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Les prix sont abordables par rapport à l’emplacement, ce qui en fait une bonne option pour un séjour pratique sans se ruiner.
La literie est vraiment inconfortable : le matelas est beaucoup trop mou et on s’enfonce immédiatement, ce qui nuit fortement à la qualité du sommeil. De plus, la chambre est assez vieillotte et mériterait un rafraîchissement.
Amazing location, right by the ski lifts and the centre of old town. The room exceeded my expectations and had a great traditional lodge feel to it. Ski storage facility is also a great bonus and made our lives a lot easier as there's no lifts in the building. The staff were also really friendly.
Wasnt a big fan of the pillows. I think it could have been improved with comfier or more pillows.
