Hôtel réservé par nos soins à 1h30 du matin suite à l'annulation de notre vol

Le réceptionniste très gentil et serviable. Merci à lui !
Le fait de pouvoir trouver une chambre d'hôtel à 1h30 du matin après l'annulation de notre vol SWISS (sans aucune aide de leur part). Et surtout de pouvoir prendre une douche :)

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruits dans l'hôtel (portes qui claquent à 3h du matin). Très peu insonorisé. Lumière verte incendie juste en dessus du lit qui éclaire toute la nuit. Lit qui grince. Femme de ménage qui essaie d'entrer et qui frappent à la porte à 10h du matin (alors que nous nous étions couchés à 2h30...)

Cons:

Trop de monde autour de la piscine et pas assez de siège disponible à part ce lever à 7h pour réserver une place.

Great stay with friendly staff and tasty food, despite some issues with the elevator
Pros:

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the receptionists were very responsive, and the food was great as well. Our room was cleaned every day, even when we didn't ask for it. The view from the room was stunning, and the hotel is pretty close to the beach. Overall, the quality corresponds well to the price.

Cons:

The first issue was the non-working elevator. Out of our 12-day stay, it worked only about 3 days in total. During check-in and check-out we had to carry quite heavy suitcases on our own (2 women and 1 child) from the 3rd floor. I wish this problem had been fixed much sooner.
Also, although the breakfast was amazing, we didn't see much variety compared to lunch and dinner. Maybe it's the hotel’s policy, but it would have been great to see a bit more variety at breakfast. Overall, the stay was great :)

Более тщательно убирать номера и обеспечить чистоту посуды в ресторане
Pros:

Шикарное расположение отеля, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от пляжа

Cons:

Отдыхаем в отеле 3 года подряд. В этом году уборка номеров гораздо хуже, чем в предыдущие годы. В ресторане тарелки с липким налетом. В плане чистоты отель изменился в худеющую сторону.

Helt okej hotell men skulle inte säga att det förtjänar 4 stjärnor, inte värt priset vi betalade

Personalen och läget var bra

Cons:

Städningen kunde varit bättre, trasiga sängkläder, hår i dusch, kladd på dörrar och lampknappar, hår och sand på golven längst med väggarna och att det va väldigt väldigt lyhört, vi hade rum mot poolen och fick då lyssna sång och musik varje kväll till ca 23 tiden och kunde inte sova (reste med 2 mindre barn)

Dejligt hotel - tæt på alt
Pros:

Rigtig god beliggenhed- tæt på strand og by. Meget servicemindet personale, meget kvikke til at rydde ud og komme med drikkevarer. Fin og varieret buffet.

Cons:

Vores værelse kunne være bedre i forhold til de 4 stjerner. Der var mulighed for pænere og hyggeligere værelser, men så osse dyrere.
