Pros:

L'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica ed è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici se non si vuole noleggiare una macchina. Lo staff è meraviglioso e sempre pronto ad essecondare ogni richiesta. Gabriel il capo Animatore è una persona fantastica, simpaticissima e con una professionalità a 10 stelle.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel mention spécial à Abdou à la reception , son frère aux cuisines et Penda et bien sur tous les autres serveurs .

Cons:

La piscine est beaucoup trop petite pour la capacité de l'hôtel et pas tjrs très propre , une autre piscine pourrait être largement construite dans le grand jardin qui entour l'hôtel . Le prix des chambres élevé .

Nice second stay at the Bermudas
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel and near to the wonderful beaches.

Cons:

WiFi was patchy.
Food was very nice but would be nice to have a bigger variety.
Usual lack of sun beds around the pool.

Celkově jsme byli spokojeni, hlavně s jídlem a i u večeře bylo pití zdarma, což se málo kde vidi.
Pros:

Jidlo a pití
V hotelu byly i jahody, kaviár, losos, různá kuchyně..
dlouhé časy snídani až do 10:30.
Vstřícný personal a umožnění late check out.

Cons:

Velký hluk na chodbě i večer, klidně až do půlnoci.. protikajici WC, které bylo slyšet..
More a plaz zrovna u hotelu mela bohužel řasy a byla zelena, tak jsme museli jezdit na jiné pláže taxíkem.
Výtahy bez klimatizace..
Nevim, proč nikde na pláži není pořádně WC. Všichni tedy čurají kam? Když už WC bylo, bylo placené. Každý vstup 1€ na osobu…?

Parfait séjour. Hôtel avec un personnel à l’écoute et familial
Pros:

Les animateurs sont exceptionnels Stefi, et toute l’équipe.
Laura de la réception nous a accueilli avec
Gentillesse et sourire et a été à notre écoute, les 2 Laura.
Les cuisiniers, les serveurs, les femmes de chambres ont été très souriants, et toujours très gentils.
