Das Zimmer war eine absolute Zumutung und hatte nichts mit einem 4 Sterne-Hotel zu tun; Mogelpackung

Das Zimmer war eine umfunktionierte Abstellkammer unterm Dach mit Schräge: total beengt, dunkel, halbhohes MiniFenster unter der Decke, aus dem man kaum rausschauen konnte (wir hatten das Gefühl in einer Gefängniszelle zu sein), Dusche/Waschbecken in eine fensterlose Ecke gequetscht ohne Tür!! WC in separater Mikro-Kammer ohne Waschbecken (zum Händewaschen musste man sich erst am Bett vorbeiquetschen und auf die andere Raumseite gelangen) Tapete teilweise abgerissen, kein Schrank, nur eine teilweise rostige Garderobe, vergammeltes Bügelbrett an der Wand
Eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption brachte gar nichts; die versprochene Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Manager erfolgte offenbar nicht, weder am Abend gab es eine Lösung noch am nächsten Morgen eine Rückmeldung, Entschuldigung, Kompensation o.ä. -einfach nichts. Während des Frühstücks (war ok, aber mehr auch nicht; der Kaffeeautomat war schmuddelig, die Küche, in die man hineinschauen konnte, ebenfalls) saßen nur zwei gelangweilte Frauen an der Rezeption an Handys; beim Checkout war niemand mehr da. Fazit: nie wieder. Man kann andere Gäste nur warnen und hoffen, dass booking.com dies Hotel aus dem Programm nimmt.

Comfortabele kamer op toplocatie en heel behulpzame en vriendelijke medewerkers
Pros:

Toplocatie dichtbij een leuke wijk met horeca en dichtbij groen en strand. Schone en comfortabele kamer. Parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein en verhuur van fietsen.

Cons:

De airco werkte niet. De medewerkers hadden heel behulpzaam een ventilator neergezet die al draaide toen wij incheckten. Met nachttemperatuur van circa 25 graden is een airco comfortabeler maar voor ons was het prima opgelost zo.

Het was een prachtig hotel, met een ontzettend goede ligging in Den Haag

Cons:

Alleen jammer dat de airco het niet zo heel goed deed, maar het was dan ook gigantisch heet buiten

Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Für uns die erste Wahl in Den Haag.
Pros:

Der persönliche Service war hervorragend! Die Mitarbeiter*innen haben sich alle erdenkliche Mühe gemacht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig (nach hinten gelegen); das Bett war prima, das Badezimmer tadellos. Das Frühstück war absolut ok, konnte aber nicht ganz mit dem ansonsten hervorragenden Gesamtbild mithalten. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch!

Cons:

Lediglich der Mini-Kühlschrank hatte einen Wackelkontakt und funktionierte nur manchmal.
