Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Wir schätzten die Lage und den Parkplatz beim Hotel sehr.

Cons:

Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Der Kühlschrank war extrem klein.

Straatlawaai bij kamers aan voorzijde hotel

Het ontbijt is goed, veel keuze.

Cons:

Na een eerdere goede ervaring ben ik nu minder positief. Een week vantevoren en een dag vantevoren telefonisch contact gehad en beide keren bevestigd gekregen dat er voor ons kamers aan de achterkant van het hotel waren gereserveerd. Bij inchecken bleken we toch aan de voorkant geplaatst te zijn. Niet blij mee, vanwege het lawaai. Misschien door andere gasten die om verplaatsing hadden verzocht? Gevraagd wat met deze situatie gedaan kon worden. Medewerker gaf aan het met haar manager te bespreken en er op terug te komen, maar niks meer gehoord, later op de avond was ze verdwenen. Ik had een reactie en/of een (kleine) tegemoetkoming gewaardeerd. Er kan altijd iets misgaan maar doe daar dan iets mee. Jammer als personeel maar iets lijkt te zeggen om je aan het lijntje te houden, maakt geen betrouwbare indruk.

Kleines Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Fußläufig zum Centrum (ca. 15 Min.), zum Bus (ca. 3 Min), zur Tram (ca.8 Min). Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Gemeinsame Räume unten ansprechend eingerichtet. Zimmer ebenfalls mit ansprechendem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Parken am Wochenende (ab Freitag 17 Uhr) in der Straße des Hotels selber und der gegenüberliegenden Straße ohne Parkgebühren möglich.

Cons:

Stadsvilla ist ein Stadthaus älterer Bauart mit sehr steilen Treppen. Wir hatten das Pech, in der 3.Etage (unter dem Dach/ sehr warm) untergebracht gewesen zu sein. Es gab zwar einen Aufzug, allerdings haben wir so ein Modell noch nie freigegeben für Personentransport erlebt: der Knopf zum Holen des Aufzugs musste gedrückt werden bis zur Ankunft und genauso während der Fahrt (bis auf Etage 3), was extrem langsam voranging. Sehr unangenehm für den Fingerdrücker, nur für den Gepäcktransport zu empfehlen, ansonsten eher eine Zumutung.
Unser Zimmer hatte ein kleines schlauchartiges Bad mit Dusche (die war okay), das Waschbecken war im Zimmer selber. Problem: das Licht im Bad war mit dem Licht am Waschbecken gekoppelt. Heißt: wer nachts zur Toilette will, beleuchtet das ganze Zimmer. Hier müssten dringend zwei Schaltungen möglich gemacht werden.
Der Kleiderschrank war ein winziges Modell. Im Zimmer nebenan gab es keinen, dafür war das Bad groß mit Wanne.

Fijne service en heel vriendelijk personeel, lekker bed en heerlijk ontbijt. Locatie was ook top!
Pros:

Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Bij een probleem met de airco werd gelijk een oplossing gezocht (we kregen een andere kamer en werd nog kleine compensatie aangeboden). Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk. Ruime keuze, heel lekkere warme verse croissantjes, bakjes vers fruit maar ook voor kinderen echt heerlijk zoals chocopops.
Voldoende glutenvrije en lactosevrije opties.
De locatie tussen Den Haag centrum en Scheveningen was super. Dichtbij tramstation en ook fietsen bij hotel gehuurd. Dan ben je zo overal en heel flexibel.

Cons:

Sommige elementen wat gedateerd. Maar sfeer is fijn en problemen werden opgelost.
