The reception staff were very friendly, the room heated up quickly, and it was comfortable overall.
The shower water fluctuates between hot and cold, which makes it difficult and uncomfortable to take a long shower. The cleaning staff can also be quite loud outside the rooms in the morning, which may wake you up. I also found it tacky that a 4-star hotel charges an extra €25 for checking in just 1.5 hours early, when the room is already ready and an early check-in wasn’t requested in advance.

Ich verstehe nicht, wie dieses Hotel so gute Bewertungen bekommt Das Bett war durchgelegen, wir mussten die Matratzen umdrehen und sogar was unterlegen, damit man schlafen konnte. Die Polster haben gemüffelt, das ist nie jemanden aufgefallen. Das Frühstück für den Preis nicht gut, die Rezepetionistin muss sich alleine auch um das Frühstück kümmern, das kann nicht funktionieren. Das Hotel wirbt mit einer Ladesäule, ich habe es uA deswegen gewählt. Die Säule existiert in keiner App, der Anbieter konnte in 3 Tagen den Account nicht aktivieren und das i-Tüpferl: das Hotel hätte eine Karte, gibt diese mit einer fadenscheinigen Begründung nicht raus. Die Parkplatzsituation ist so eng, dass man nicht so einfach eine andere Säule suchen möchte.

De locatie, vriendelijk personeel en de grootte van de kamer.
Het meubilair was hier en daar wat krakkemikkig geworden. Een wiebelende sidetable. Het bed met een doorgezakt wieltje. Het lastigst waren de handdoeken. Waren die dag 2 nu schoon of niet? Omdat alle handdoeken er niet heel strak bij gingen was het verschil met evt gebruikte handdoeken niet meer te zien.
Großzügige Unterkunft mit zwei Zimmern, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, große Fenster nachts sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen sehr nette Belegschaft und gutes Frühstück. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

vriendelijk personeel, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, top! perfecte locatie
Wat een fijn hotel, het ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk en de ruimtes (zowel kamers als algemene ruimtes) zijn sfeervol ingericht. Een lekker ontbijt maakte ons verblijf helemaal af.
Net als wat we vaak in andere hotels ervaren, is de hotelkamer erg warm om in te slapen. Er hangt een airco en het raam kon open, maar met een drukkere weg voor het hotel is het niet zo aanlokkelijk om het raam tijdens het slapen open te zetten. De airco hing boven het bed van de kinderen, wat tijdens het slapen niet zo prettig is.
