Cabanas Tulum- Beach Hotel & Spa

I have not one complaint about this hotel! They use WhatsApp to communicate, they are extremely polite and responsive to any needs, any time day or night. The grounds were clean, the private polling room was a hit! Next time we will do the same private poll but with the beach view either way you can’t go wrong. We will return, thank you so much to the staff for a wonderful trip. The free breakfast was great also! Antonio at the restaurant was very hospitable. Thank you!

Excellent location. Amongst everything but just a little bit out of the busiest area so a little bit more peaceful and quiet but quick easy walk to of the popular bars and restaurants.
Atmosphere was great. Staff are very friendly and accommodating rooms were very nice. Shower could've used a little TLC but other than that everything was above satisfactory in the rooms.
Amenities were great with restaurants on site and close walking distance. Really enjoyed fresco's, the restaurant on site as well as Ziggy's just a two minute walk and on property. Both had an amazing atmosphere in the food was excellent and staff was top-notch. rooms were kept very clean by room service and beds and linens were comfortable. Overall great value and I highly recommend this property.

Our stay at Cabanas Tulum was absolute perfection. We were still there already talking about a returning trip. The property is beautiful. It is quaint without feeling cramped. The rooms are well kept and the bed is comfortable. They truly have thought of every detail. Foot washing stations at the entrance of every room and hammocks on every porch. We got the swim up room and loved it! The staff was so warm and welcoming. The food at the attached restaurants Ziggys and Frescos was incredible! The aguachile at Ziggys was our favorite dish from our entire trip. We cant say enough good things and highly recommend staying here

Hermoso hotel en la playa de Tulum. La atención del personal fue lo mejor de nuestra estancia. Los alimentos deliciosos y de excelente calidad. Nos recibieron con decoración especial por nuestro aniversario, además de una botella de vino espumoso. Nos sentimos muy apapachados. Muchas gracias, sin duda volveremos algún día!!

This is a beautiful boutique beach hotel with outstanding staff who made our stay so fantastic - particularly the restaurant and front desk staff. They were truly wonderful and so accommodating. For my daughter's birthday, they gave her a cake and decorated her room with the most gorgeous rose petals. They go above and beyond to make you feel valued. The spa and workout room are also lovely. Massage therapists were great.

Ideally located just a stone's throw from all the best restaurants and bars of tulum beach this charming hotel enjoys a lush and tranquil natural setting, including a lovely pool away from the loud music and crowds. A true escape is guaranteed!

The hotel is tastefully decorated in complete harmony with the surrounding nature. A genuine haven of peace that invites you to reconnect with nature and provides the perfect setting for creating lasting memories!

The hotel's intimate size makes it easy to connect with the entire team, who proved to be incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt right at home.

And what amazing restaurants! Both Ziggy and Fresco offer excellent menus that is sure to delight even the most discerning palates. The breakfast menu consisting of a hot dink , a cold drink, and a main course, accompanied by complimentary bread, butter and jam was a meal we looked forward to every morning . Dinner and lunch were also absolutely delicious. All of this, of course, was prepared with fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients by talented chefs.

In short, we had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back!

Amazing place!

The hotel grounds were calm inviting and well maintained.

We had a ground floor beach side room with a heated plunge pool. It was fab in all aspects that were in control of the hotel with a fantastic attention to all details. We felt truely spoilt the whole stay. They handled the sargassum effectively by removing it completely from our section of the beach. Great work team 😊 The location was close to other restaurants and little shops. Breakfast included at Ziggys was amazing, fabulous menu and beachside. Frescos and Authentico the other two onsite restaurants also both 5 star. Really loved this place.
