Pai Hotsprings Spa Resort

I was excited to stay at the Pia hot springs resort. Upon arrival the resort seemed different from my research. The wonderful resort had experienced a flood in September.
I was looking forward to all their services and amenities, the disaster wiped out many of the hot tubs and they have no services and a limited breakfast. The staff was super. It’s unfortunate that this resort has fallen on hard times.

Had to call to let them know we were arriving late, as they didn’t respond to email messages. It appeared that the resort had encountered flooding as it was very muddy and there was visible damage where hot tubs from some rooms had fallen into the river. Room was very basic, no tv or fridge and bed was like sleeping on concrete.
Cleaning of the room was good and the breakfast selection was good. A shame they weren’t serving lunch or dinner as a ‘resort’. Pool was dirty and very un inviting

We upgraded to a superior bungalow right on the river front. The room was well designed, huge, pretty and the bed was very comfy.

The staff were lovely, and to e breakfast is good.

The forest garden is well established, with some huge, ancient trees. It is not manicured, but rather a bit more to the natural and wild side.

The hot spa pool is big and crystal clear. The huge swimming pool is beautifully landscaped.

We had the whole place to ourselves and it felt very luxurious and we loved it.

Very serene.

The manager was very courteous and cordial! I enjoyed the hotsprings so close to my room!

the room i was in he stains, bugs on the beds, dirty with cobwebs and dust. i slept in all my clothes.

It was beautiful and for a wonderful price

Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade, altijd prettig.
Later bleek dat alleen deze verblijven (4) in gebruik waren. De rest werd niet gebruikt.
Het zwembad had groen water, werd niet goed onderhouden.
Helaas restaurant gesloten, waardoor geen ontbijt mogelijk was.
Al met al tegenvallend gezien de mooie foto’s op het internet.

温泉は、とても気持ちよかった。蚊が多いので蚊取り線香を置いて欲しい。
1月は朝晩冷えるので、暖かい着るものを持参すると良い。
室内には、お茶セットとお水、タオルが常備。

Worst stay ever. Never go there even if it is the last hotel available. The room smelled like smoke. Sheets and curtains were stained. Door and windows did not closed well, therefore bugs could get in. Someone tried to enter our villa at 4am and finally we woke up to the sound of construction at 8am on a Sunday (without any notice of this). We did not stay the 2nd night we had booked. Staff did not speak English. They did not understood our complaints.

今回は野鳥観察を含めたパーイ滞在でした、施設内にも沢山の野鳥が居てすごく良かったです。
また、施設内の温泉も適度な温度で気持ちよかった、部屋にも引いてくれれば尚更快適です。

Secluded area, nice property, and the sulfur baths in each room were nice

The area the resort is in is very nice and peaceful. The bed was truly awful. The shower only had hot water about 10% of the time. The pool and hot spring were nice, but they appear to be open to the public and not just guests. Breakfast was very limited in its vegan options.

The hotel is very run down. Ordered food from the pool bar and it took about an hour to arrive.

Если кратко, то когда то этот отель был на уровне, но время не щадит никого. Территория красивая, ухоженная, чистая, за этим следят на 5 баллов. Бассейн с горячими источниками достаточно чистый, работает круглосуточно. В простом бассейне не купались, слишком холодная вода и очень далеко от источников.
Быстрый чек ин, без залога, приветливый персонал.
Мы бронировали домик с видом на горы, оказался с видом на деревья и так во всех домиках. Очень много комаров на территории и в самом номере, пришлось ехать покупать ракетку и средства защиты от комаров. Плохое освещение в номере и на территории отеля. Старая пошарпаная мебель, жесткий матрас и твердые подушки. Мертвый вайфай.
Кондиционер дует на кровать, всю ночь то включали, то отключали.
В номере есть чайник и все для кофе, холодильник, в душевой мыло, гель для душа, шампунь и шапочка.
Вернулась бы только ради источников
