Excellent value with high standards of hospitality. Keep up the good work.
Pros:

The room was very large and clean. It also looked like it was recently refurnished, avoiding that dreaded worn and dated look that often haunts most old hotels. The beds were comfortable. We had no complaints except that the room service was done very late in the day, almost towards evening.
The staff were wonderful. I would point out the door staff as they were often to open the doors and help with the luggage and bags. I noticed they were similarly helpful to other guests too, especially the elderly and less mobile guests. Special kudos to them.
We dined at several of the hotel outlets, including the main coffee house where they served a decent buffet breakfast. The bar on the first floor was a nice place for a beer in the evening.
The front office staff were very helpful with our questions and requests.
I'm very impressed that this hotel has kept up its standards and quality of hospitality after all these years and despite intense competition from rival hotels.
Oh yes, the location was superb.

Cons:

Not much. Perhaps they could have tidied our room a bit earlier in the day, so that we could have had a clean room when we got back after a day out in the city.

Easy to acess

Cons:

Nowdays cant event keep drinking water , ask us to go out n get it, i had stay so many hotel , not even one like this , if budget hotel ok , accepted, abit dispointed as i m staying there almost 25 years

Good location, lovely staff
Pros:

Good PJ location, near LRT to get to KL. Recently renovated.

Cons:

A bit of construction at the property. It would be nice to have a pool to cool down after a day out.
