Cons:

No toiletries were provided, and there were no hand towels in the room. Only two bath towels were supplied. When we requested two additional towels, the receptionist informed us that only one extra towel could be provided. In addition, parking was chargeable, and no complimentary parking was offered for hotel guests.

Room n bed is good, but no face and hand towel, Rep. is stingy and unfriendly. not courteous enough.
Pros:

Room is roomy, bed is comfy, impressive lobby area.

Cons:

Bathroom facilities need improvement, room had water dripping from ceiling then fixed.
Hotel is stingy in their supplies, no face towel, no hand towel that is bad.
I stay there continuously for 5 nights plus two nights booked separately but, when I asked for one hour of checkout time from 12noon to 13:00, the rep. named Maxidonna at the front desk was even reluctantly, then allowed when I begged her, that gave me a very bad impression, unthinkable! I haven't had that kind of experience in all my dealing with hotels in the past.
