Pros:

Hotel room cleaniness was good. Water pressure was good too.

Hotel breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Hotel room was too cold. We could not adjust the temperature. It felt like 16 degrees all the time. Particularly cold in the morning.

Although the water pressure was good, the water in the washbasin was very very slow in going down the drain. I feedback already to the hotel, but there was nothing done about it. It was so slow that it that was a pain for normal activities like washing my hands and brushing teeth and rinsing my mouth.

The light in the room was also strange- amidst the normal yellow lights, it had this blue light that seemed out of place.

Very pleasant and restful stay.
Pros:

Excellent location in PJ and the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Courteous staff and good value for money.

Cons:

They don't provide paid cable TV to watch EPL etc.

Pros:

I had an event at nearby location and booked a night stay in Armada. It was an easy access and convenient for me

I think the light in the room was too dim… had difficulty when I need to do my makeup

Pros:

Nothing. Very disappointed.

Cons:

Towel conditions very old and looks like rags. Room not clean properly. Only two towels provided. One was removed but never replaced. Requested replacement for both towels but only one.provided. Requested two rooms keys but only one given.
