Location that can walk to pattaya beach so goodd only 4 minutes

Great location Great Value
Pros:

Great place to stay, super location. The staff, including the manager Jacky, with his signature jacket, and the bellboys, are all great, very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. The pool is awesome for lap swimmers; they just need an outside shower so swimmers can rinse up before going in and rinse off when getting out. The Wi-Fi is barely working, and they are aware of this, so I needed to purchase an eSIM to do some work on the computer.

Good location, rooms, bit over priced
Pros:

We booked in 2800 bath with breakfast, rooms are clean, overall service and location is good. They ask for 1000 bath deposit. Nit much breakfast option for veg, and even non-veg was also same everyday. Safe hotel, everything bigc, pizzahut, 7/11, macd nearby. 1 swimming pool, small gym, afternoon coffee and 1 billiards table are the few amenities.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a great location, very close to shopping malls within walking distance. The service is excellent — they always helped us with anything we needed.
It’s quiet here, yet still close to all the important places and the beach.
The hotel is very clean.

Hi this hotel is so nice for the price near to everything but still on the quiet side Jackie Noon ,Maill all the staff are so nice make your stay special pool side is nice breakfast is very good fresh eggs big choice a Thai tea stall outside service the best Thai tea ever and gym for a workout and steam rooms definitely recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at this place and I will definitely come back again.
Pros:

This is a good and comfortable hotel near the beach. The rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant looks nice and the food is delicious. I will definitely come back again Lunch service is also available for customers.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service.
Pros:

The staff are fantastic very friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

**Room – Club Luxx, 3rd Floor (Pool Facing)**
The room overlooked the pool and had a large, safe balcony. We often sat out there and enjoyed people-watching.

**Bed**
The bed was big and very comfortable.

**Bathroom**
The bathroom only had an overhead shower, which made it difficult to keep hair dry. More lighting in the bathroom area, along with a lighted make-up mirror, would be beneficial.

**Safe**
Very easy to use.

**TV**
There were only BBC News and one other English news channel available. There were no English movie channels.

**Breakfast**
A very good selection with plenty of choice.

**Pool**
The pool depth (1.5m) was ideal. The loungers were wooden, and on our first day the cushions were not put out, so we didn’t realise they were available. Once we discovered them the following day, it made the loungers much more comfortable.

**Location**
Great location – just two minutes from Beach Road, with plenty of places to eat nearby.

**Suggestions for Improvement**

* More lighting in the bathroom and a lighted make-up mirror
* Plug sockets moved to the sides of the bed rather than near where you place your head , between the pillows.
* Two bedside tables would be useful
* More English-speaking TV channels, including movies
* A wall-mounted shower with a movable shower head

**Overall**
The staff were excellent and the location was very good. With a few small improvements, this hotel would be even better. We would definitely return.
