Best options in Pattaya.
Pros:

Very nice 4-star hotel. It is clean, quiet, and located just 300 meters from the beach. All services and shops are close by. A great place to stay!

性价比很高，前台英文ok
早餐还不错，也有船面

Cons:

淋浴只有顶喷，另外客房服务容易落东西，比如漏放了拖鞋，牙刷只放了一把，都是找前台额外沟通

Cons:

My experience at this hotel was disappointing.

We booked and paid for a family room for two adults and one child, but in reality it felt like the child was not considered a guest at all. An extra bed cost an additional 1,000 THB per night, and even basic amenities such as bottled water were not provided for the child. At the same time, we were still required to pay extra for the child’s breakfast and dinner.

The bathroom was also inconvenient for families with children. There was no handheld shower, only a fixed overhead shower, which made bathing a young child difficult.

Another major issue was the noise. For several nights in a row, guests in the room next to ours were having loud parties with music starting around 3:00 AM. The noise repeatedly woke us up, and we had to go to the reception desk multiple times during the night to ask staff to intervene.

The hotel was unwilling to offer compensation, a partial refund, or an alternative room despite the ongoing disturbance. The situation was only addressed after Booking.com became involved following my complaints. Only then were we moved to an upgraded room.

In my opinion, this hotel is designed primarily for adults and is not suitable for families with children. There are very few family-friendly facilities or services, and families should be aware of this before booking.

Unfortunately, I would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it to families traveling with children.
