Wongamat Privacy Resort

The room is older than in the pictures, and the hotel has few amenities.

We were the only UK Guests in the whole hotel, all the rest were Russians, felt isolated, there was no English notices anywhere, the rooms were not cleaned daily, our balcony was flooded from from the air con machine, breakfasts were cold and not designed for British guests, there is no way guests can avoid stairs, even if you used the lift, there are still stairs to negotiate,

Staff were extremely helpful & genuine. Will stay there again & recommend to others.

The hotel should be 4 Star ... But not anymore.. But for the Price is super.. is clean But old... Big pool area with old sunbed.

Good spacious rooms - nice pool - breakfast not worth the price however. area ok - near beach - fitness needs attention for the price as its very sub standard. So overall a good place but more of a 3 star than a 4 star.

พื้นไม่สะอาดเหมือนไม่ได้ถู คงแค่กวาดๆเฉยๆ เปิดประตูจะเดินออกไปตรงระเบียงปรากฎว่าแมลงสาบวิ่งสวนเข้ามาในห้องทันที ไล่กันอยู่นานมากกว่ามันจะออกไปได้ ระเบียงกว้างแต่ไม่น่านั่งเลย ข้อดีคือสระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ สวย สะอาดมากๆ น้ำใสแจ๋วเลยค่ะ

มาครั้งที่2 แล้วจ้า.. และจะมาอีกเปนครั้ง​ 3 4 5 6..... ไปเรื่อยๆ​ ห้องพักสะอาด​ กว้างมาก​ เดินไปหาดได้​ ชอบค่ะและจะกลับมาพักอีก

ห้องกว้างขว้าง มีสามเตียง(1King1Twin) ลิฟท์ค่อนข้างเก่า

Проживание в этом отеле было только частью поездки. Поэтому впечатление от отпуска осталось в целом хорошее. Но Wongomat изрядно попортил настроение. Хотя наверное сами виноваты. Повелись на дешевизну. Отель дешевый, расположен на севере Патайи на второй линии, есть хороший бассейн и стандартный для 3-х звезд набор услуг, но все сильно пошарпанное, оборудование в номерах старое и местами не работает, кондиционер течет, поэтому на стене грибок, персонала явно не хватает и он какой то заторможенный. В номере практически не убирались, меняли полотенца и стелили кровать (белье не меняли). WiFi практически не работал, связь слетала постоянно. До моря далековато, поэтому по жаре в основном отдыхал у бассейна. В общем печалька, кроме стоимости ничего хорошего не увидел, тем более, что перед этим был на Самете, где отношение персонала и уровень обслуживания был на порядок выше.

地點較遠，出入不方便，房間大床舖都不錯但隔音差，日夜經常聽到開關水喉及冷氣機聲音。好處是價格平有露台可看到泳池。

12월말에 모던 패밀리룸에서 2박했습니다. 직원들이 모두 친절한 것을 제외하면 매우 불쾌한 숙박 경험이었습니다. 입실하자마자 객실에서 지린내 비슷한 역한 냄새가 낫는데, 이는 환기 문제가 아니라 옥상에서 큰 침실로 누수되는 오수 때문이었습니다. 침대에 누워서 보니 천정에 물이 번져있는 자국이 있어서 이상했는데, 아니나다를까 밤사이 오수가 침실로 뚝뚝 떨어지는 사고가 발생했습니다. 일어나서 이 상황을 알고 조처를 요구하니 룸메이드가 출근한 다음, 다른 객실을 준비한 후 객실로 교체해 준다고 했습니다. 결국 11시경에 교체했습니다. 문을 열거나 닫을 때 페인트칠(?)이 떨어져 바닥이 지저분해서 불쾌한 기분이 들었습니다. 교체 전후 두 객실의 모든 방문이 동일했습니다. 거실은 에어컨이 없었습니다. 결론적으로 지금까지 모든 숙박 경험 중 최악의 호텔이었습니다. 물론 직원들은 친절했습니다.

3 nights in modern superior room was a great experience, the room is very new! The good thing of Wongamat Privacy is that it keeps you a privacy, not so much people walking around as other guest also loves the silence.

I love the pool so much as it was huge and very new as they just renovated , i think.

The breakfast was good as you can sit and enjoy the cozy vibe.

Good experience in Pattaya, we decided to choose this hotel because of the price is good during the high season period. We have 2 kids so we looked for the property where our kids can spend the time in the pool, we can have a sunbathing.

The breakfast was nice comparing with the price you need to pay in Pattaya outside, we chose Breakfast included so we had a chance to taste it, it was good enough for us.

There are parking slot in the basement of the building so renting car was a very correct decision as well.

Overall stay was satisfy when you are looking for a reasonable price stay with good quality of room and service.

Beautiful Large room with 2 extra big beds ,relaxing count , Big patio with swimming pool view , Huge Restroom with Bath tub and shower altogether , 2 sinks the room is Great furnish with the luxury wood furniture : Breakfast is great ,Most of the guest here are Europian , We love this place **will definitely refer to others ,We will come back again,**
