Хороший отдель, но давно требует ремонта, замены мебели, предметов интерьера.
Pros:

Отличное место расположения отеля, зеленая территория.

Cons:

Не убирают на балконах, старое и дырявое постельное белье и полотенца. Шумные кондиционеры.

Nothing, they denied my check in when i arrived

Cons:

This hotel takes people's money and then refuses to let them check in. It's become a regular practice.
I booked three days before my trip. The booking confirmation stated that payment was due upon check-in. Immediately after booking, I received a text message from OYO with a link to their website. On the website, I was asked to pay the full amount. I didn’t receive a single response about this from the hotel. When I arrived at night to check in, I was told that my room had already been booked and that I could go anywhere I wanted. They didn’t care. During that hour (10:00–11:00 p.m.), while I was sitting in the lobby looking for another hotel, there were at least three groups of people who had also booked accommodations but were not being checked in. Some of them had paid in advance and booked two weeks ahead of time. When I asked the front desk clerk to cancel my reservation, he pretended to do so, but in reality, he didn’t. I asked again, and he did it again. When I requested a free cancellation directly through Booking.com, I received a refusal, and they threatened to charge me the full amount, as if I had chosen not to check in on my own.
OYO is an Indian company that buys hotels all over Asia and makes it impossible to stay there. Be careful!

Pros:

spaciousness of the room, they clean it every they, they give you water bottles every day, they always treat you with a smile in their faces.
