Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Swimming pool will be closed starting from today 8 July 2023 till further notice.

Excelent Malaysian hospitality despite aged furnitures
Pros:

The cleanliness despite the aged furnitures and decor. The staff and service was excellebt. Polite, attentive. Came to change our mini bar, fix the water hose when we asked for assistance. My mother& grandchildren truly enjoyed their stay. Thank you

Not clean. House keeping need to be train. I don't expect this for an established hotel like Primula. Very disappointing.
