Important information:

Not happy
Cons:

Room licking 507 …The room had a strong cigarette smell, which was unpleasant and not suitable for families, especially those with children. The hotel staff also did not explain the situation clearly or provide a proper explanation when we raised the issue. I hope the hotel can improve the room cleanliness and provide better communication and service to guests….

really disappointed and unrecommended

Cons:

request refurbish room instead got old room with unpleasant smell and stained toilet bowl. paid for 2 adults + 2 kids including the breakfast but being asked by staff at the cafe to pay for those kids and denied to eat at the cafe as we refused to pay , kind of being humiliated experience. really not worth for rm1k+ paid price.

Pros:

The room was large due to being an older hotel, breakfast was good, and the pool was good.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator is available for the whole hotel. I paid for a pool view and didn't get it. No water dispenser or filter, so bring your own water.

- Its about time that the building need to be revamped

- not able to access balcony. Sliding door were locked
