Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Swimming pool will be closed starting from today 8 July 2023 till further notice.

The hotel will experience a temporary power outage on 10 November 2025 from 10 am to 2pm.Fitness center is closed from 2026-07-01 until 2025-07-01

Bad breakfast experience
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Only 1 lift in service greatly increase waiting time. The breakfast is very normal but charge expensive. Omelette and egg are served 1 plate every 5 minutes. Customers are like begging for egg dishes, super bad experience.

A strategically located hotel.
Pros:

Location, breakfast, staff and cleanliness.
Room size is big, room and toilet very clean.

Cons:

The lift and some areas of the building are really old and outdated. The ventilation in the lift needs to be improved.

We were upgraded and it definitely was a great stay as its the first time we came back after 40 years!

Poor hotel. Old school. Kena tukar 3 kali bilik. Bagi keutamaan dekat pelancong perancis berbanding local . Bravo Primula. Macam hanat
