La vue.
Merci au personnel de ménage pour l’entretien des locaux.

Cons:

L’accueil, pas terrible, nous avons été orienté directement vers une machine pour le checki-in alors que les desk étaient disponibles.
Aucun contact avec le personnel à aucun moment.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Plenty of amenities available. Food and drink options available all around immediate hotel area. Short walk to Shimbashi Station for Subway and restaurants.

Relaxing and easy, clean and orderly, great service.
Pros:

Everything was great with this Hotel.
The rooms were clean and surprisingly big for Tokyo.
The bathroom was clean and there was no smell.
Rooms appear to be well isolated, as i almost never heard the neighbours.
The private public bath also helped make the stay a pleasant one.

The staff are very helpful and professional, and they speak perfect english, so there is no issue with communicating.

Its really close to several big subway stations so communications are good. The area is very quiet at night, but Shimbashi is within 10 minutes walk where there is plenty of restaurants and bars.

Excellent stay with fantastic breakfast and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the metro and local stores. The breakfast (2,200 yen for adults, 1,500 yen for children) was excellent, featuring a wide variety in the buffet—including coffee, juices, different types of bread, desserts, eggs, sausages, pancakes, waffles, ice cream, pizza, soup, vegetables, fish, noodles, and much more. The staff was very polite, always willing to help, and spoke English very well. The hotel offers luggage storage after check-out, and they even received our luggage before our arrival. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again.

The room felt a bit humid, especially when coming back in the evening.
