La situación
El Desayuno no era bueno y el personal q lo atiende no es amable
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Shiodome, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The room’s air conditioning was centrally controlled with no option for cooling, and this limitation was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking—had I been aware of this, I would not have booked the property at all, as it is highly misleading. I was instructed to open the window as the only solution, which resulted in excessive noise from trains and traffic, making it nearly impossible to rest and went I went down my keys didn’t even working , and I was only able to sleep for approximately three hours due to the heat and noise. Because of these conditions, I was forced to check out early and relocate to another hotel at my own expense. Despite clearly explaining the situation to management, no compensation, refund, or any form of financial consideration was offered, which is extremely disappointing given the circumstances. While I acknowledge that the staff and supervisor were polite and apologetic, the lack of transparency and resolution is unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be taken seriously and reviewed accordingly.
The breakfast was amazing, such a variety to chose from and buffet style to fill you up.
The washer/dryer combo left the clothes damp even if you paid extra to dry again.

自動販売機がもう少しあると嬉しいです。
何も用意してなかったので髪が濡れた状態でコンビニに行くことになってしまいました。
自業自得といえばそうなのかもしれないですが、その辺は期待しすぎてたのかも。
あと大浴場の脱衣所にはゴミ箱あったけど、洗い場にはなかったので小さいのだけでもあると嬉しい。
使い捨てのシャンプーなど脱衣所に行く前に捨てたい。

How clean the property was, friendly staff and the amenities bar in the foyer.
No aircon, well there was aircon but it was stuck on the heater function. Asked staff at reception if it was possible to put it on the aircon function but said they couldn’t. During the whole stay, it was hard to sleep as our room got quite hot and stuffy. Opening the room window did not help either as it only opened the smallest fraction. Apart from that the room was okay.
There is a female staff named Matsui, and she made me feel very welcome with her smile and courtesy service.
I cant say the same for others at the reception, however the cleaning staffs are all very friendly and nice too.
Location is good, onsen is great, food is nice. Room is Spacious
Unfortunately, there is no fitness room in this hotel.
Due to it being a winter-spring season , it is controlled by central unit and hence couldn't turn on the cooling air condition, and the room is hot without it.
opening the window doesnt help that much and is noisy whenever the train goes past, the hotel is beside fire station as well, so its kinda noisy everytime the siren went off or during the morning drill.

no hotel bar and small cafe/restaurant with mainly local food, no gym
I have been staying at this hotel for 15 years and the lack of staff contact and too many tour groups have ruined the experience.
