Well located and good room
Pros:

We stayed in a standard queen which was a good sized room. Buffet breakfast was extensive offering both European and Japanese options.

The hotel is well located for the final stop of the airport monorail and trains/subway to other areas of Tokyo.

It's located in a business district of Tokyo and the area is quiet at the weekend although restaurants are still open and busy.

There are a wide selection of traditional restaurants a short walk from the hotel with english menus available..

Buen para lo que cuesta, podrian decorarlo mas bonito

La zona dode está el hotel, muy bonita y tranquila, todo funcinana bien

Cons:

No me gustaron las flores de plastico en la recepción, ni las alfombras de los cuartos.
El desayuno podrian variarlo un poco, todos los dias lo mismo

Un court séjour réussi dans un hôtel un peu surévalué

Petit déjeuner et chambres parfaits
La vue est exceptionnelle

Cons:

Emplacement de l'hôtel plus pratique en taxi qu'en transport en commun, surtout avec des valises.
Onsen au 13ème étage mais sans vue

Pros:

Très bel hôtel bien situé dans un quartier calme et proche de la gare, de commerces et de restaurants. Très pratique car liaison directe avec l'aéroport d'HANEDA.

Cons:

Il manque un salon / bar pour pouvoir se détendre.

Hotel was a bit further out than other hotels but in a quieter area.
Pros:

I liked how there was an easy self-checkout process where it was through kiosk. They had amenities in the lobby that you can pick up yourself if you needed like showercap, toothbrush, and comb. It was located in a quieter area with 7-11 and family mart nearby.

They had a public onsen at the top of the hotel.

Cons:

The check-in process was a bit hectic with taking 15 minutes to check into 5 rooms. The location was a bit further out than other hotels where it took about 20 minutes walk to Ginza or 10 minute walk to JY line and 5 minutes on the JY line to go to Ginza.

They reuse the sandals from the hotel and they said they sanitize it but was still a bit dirty and smelly. The bidet took a while to work.

Overall decent hotel but a bit far from touristy areas.
Pros:

The room was extremely spacious and they offered amenities at the front desk but sometimes they had it inaccessible. They were really nice about holding luggage during checkout time. Also the checkout process was easy. The A/C was nice and they offered pajamas to wear.

Cons:

The restroom wasn't up to par as other same star hotels. For example, the the bidet needed work around solution for it to work. Also, in the hotel room, they reused slippers. Although they said they sanitized them, they still smell.

Location wise, it was about a 20 minute walk or 10 minute walk + 10 min train to the closest city like Ginza.
