Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Speziell für Marathonläufer ist es optimal. Direkte Anbindung zur Expo und zum Start und viele gute Italienische Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung könnte moderner sein. Die Kopfkissen sind echt nicht gut. Da könnte nachgebessert werden. Und das Frühstück lohnt sich definitiv nicht. Die sind die umliegenden Cafés besser und günstiger

Pros:

近くにスーパーとコンビニがあり便利。
浜松町、新橋など最寄駅がまあまあ近く便利。
朝のモーニングビュッフェが美味しかった。

Cons:

大浴場の湯船の壁が汚かった。
温度が少しぬるかった。
大浴場の洗面所の椅子が少なかった。
タオル類が大浴場にもあると良かった。

Great location, but inflexible in terms of requests.
Pros:

Excellent location, clean and comfortable beds.

Cons:

Very inflexible approach to several matters. Staff quite rigid when it came to requests, however, very polite and apologetic.

A home from home
Pros:

It's my third time in this hotel and I like it a lot. It's comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great (handy for Haneda - 30 minutes on monorail - and many central locations via the Yamanote line) and the staff are friendly and helpful. A real highlight for me is the top floor Japanese public bath open to all hotel guests!

Cons:

I don't recommend breakfast there but there are plenty of other options near-by
