Quality Suites Near Cedar Creek Lake

Carpets in the hall were very dirty. Our carpet by the ac unit was wet and there was a wet odor in the room. Staff was ver friendly.

Check in was nightmare. First no one was there. We rang the bell and waited ten minutes before we just left and came back later. When we got to our room we immediately noticed there was no remote for the tv. We went back down to the front and they gave us a new random remote that didn’t work so we went back down a third time. The lady at the front came up to our room because she thought she could get it to work. When it didn’t she tried telling me that we just needed to use the buttons in the tv. When I asked to change rooms she said the owner will not let them change people out rooms. I continued and pressed until we finally got a new room. This took over 45 minutes in total to just check in. The new room had old laundry in the corner under the end table and trash in the same corner. The hotel was in need of way better housekeeping and a major update. All the carpets were dirty and stained in the hallways and in the rooms. All the fixtures were rusted. We go to a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst I have been to in several years.

We booked this hotel with family because they advertised an indoor pool. The pool was closed and under construction. Disappointed, but the hotel itself was nice. The AC didn't blow very hard but the beds were comfy and the breakfast was decent.

All of the staff I dealt was extremely helpful & friendly.

Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was low because the actuator needed adjustment or replacement. Friendly staff

The rooms are spacious and close to Canton.

The website said the pool was closed from Aug to December. We brought grandkids that found out it was open and were disappointed they didn't bring bathing suits. We arrived about midnight and received our keys. First time didn't work, second time the keys didn't work. After the third visit to the desk we were told oops, we told you the wrong room number. There were 5 of us in a suite, only one roll of toilet paper for a two night stay. There weren't any sheets of pillows for the sofa bed and we were too tired to video t the front desk a third time. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open. We had to prop it open when the the trash can

Staff were great. The room was nice. Would definitely stay again. The only disappointment was they advertise a pool and hot tub and it was not open.

Unfortunately the room was not the cleanest, the bed not the best and the elevator was like a scene of the movie the Shinning.

Bed was comfortable. Room ok, carpet had stains, the shower had mold in the corners, toilet didn’t flush very well.

Pool closed a little early for a Friday night. But overall was fine.

Check in was fast. Room was nice. The pool was green and unusable. The fitness room equipment was broken. Very disappointed!!

The hotel is incredibly run down. Gives the Choice hotels a bad rep. The elevator had a plug in fluorescent light from hardware store.
The ride up was sketch.
The hotel room smelled musty. Smelt like mold. The tiles in the bathroom floor weren’t secured to the floor.
I’d rate this hotel a 2 out of 5 stars.
Definitely budget hotel

Has comfortable sleeping

I stayed 2 nights. The room was clean, bed was good. But the air conditioner did not cool well. I had it on 60 & I burned up all night.

Walked in you can smell the mold the carpets looked like it has been cleaned in years Stains everywhere water damaged sheet rock everywhere faulty elevator i can say nothing positive about this place

First the front desk was rude an d seemed bothered by us asking her a question. Then she gives us our keys to the room and they don’t work. I go back downstairs and tell her the keys aren’t working and she accuses me it’s because I have my phone next to the keys. I informed her that I didn’t even have my cellphone with. Which was a true statement. So she had to reactivate them and seemed bothered that she had to do that. The elevator and ice machine were not working. So we had to haul all of our luggage’s up and down the stairs. We had a suite and the room seemed dirty and the sofa had a huge tear on it. The bathroom tile and wall had cracks all over it. Overall it was not a good experience. Never again staying there.

Stay was good. Beds were comfy. My only complaint is that it smelled like mildew bad
