Adequate for the price
Pros:

Great location, close to restaurants and cafes. Room was spacious with a tidy kitchenette. Staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was ok, a continental breakfast with cereal, fruit, yoghurt and pancakes and a coffee machine.

Cons:

The shower was very mouldy, but staff cleaned it promptly after we notified them.
The beds were uncomfortable - there were two extremes - one was so soft, we sunk so far we got sore backs and necks. The next night we slept on the other bed, which was really hard. Something in between would have been perfect.
The lift occasionally didn't work so we had to carry our luggage down the firestairs.

Pros:

Good size room, friendly helpful staff and good continental breakfast included. Location was good, plenty of eating options a short walk.away and easy walk to.cbd.

Cons:

Parking is very tight.. Rear hatch door hit roof if opened fully.

Pros:

Room was quiet and comfortable with good air conditioning and furnishings in good shape.

Cons:

The outside of the building looks a bit uncared for and glass in an entrance door panel is smashed so that is a little concerning on first arrival. Interior is better than outside but evidence of wall patching throughout without a cosmetic coverage of paint.

We were between moving houses in Canberra, so it was a great deal for 4 nights stay
Pros:

It was very adequate for our stay.

Cons:

Would have liked room serviced daily. The car park spaces were very narrow, especially with a big car.
