Excellent for families
Pros:

Position of the hotel. Free laundry facilities. Free parking

Cons:

The breakfast was ok but I just wish they had maybe just boiled eggs and separate milk frother for the almond milk.

Pros:

Location was good 5 minute walk to restaurants central to museums

Cons:

Reception was poor quality lift broken , the bed was so old as you laid on it , it sank with you in it , not comfortable. someone was taking drugs in the room next to us I could smell it . Brekfast we came down at 8.40 it was all packed away so both days had no breakfast very disappointed do not recommend this place at all

Pros:

The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with excellent amenities.

Cons:

However, there was a slight issue with the balcony doors; one of these didn’t close properly, allowing cold air to leak in. Unfortunately, the room remained cold despite even turning the AC to heating mode.

Comfortable stay in a good location.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and it was helpful to have the well appointed kitchenette.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great location for eating out and getting supplies.

Cons:

Unfortunately the elevator was being fixed when I was there and as I was on the second floor this was somewhat inconvenient. I appreciated the offer of assistance, although I didn't take it up, but the desk wasn't always attended when I was entering and leaving.
The carpets are quite tired and there was a bit of a musty smell, which may have been as a result of the significant rain at the time I was there.

Great comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was spacious and a self contained apartment. The breakfast was include and a great variety Continental Breakfast. The location is also excellent to get around the whole of Canberra.
