Best Western Kennewick Tri-Cities Center

The beds were firm and hard to sleep on. The breakfast was good for free. Parking was minimal. We did book this hotel because we thought it had a hot tub but we found out when we checked in that it only had a pool.

Easy to locate. Clean room. Small parking lot. Room was not ready when we arrived.

No body soap. But there was a used bar of soap I’m guessing from previous guest. Hand prints on the headboard. Small pillows, like a 10” x 10”, definitely not a standard size pillow. Especially for a king size bed. Walls are paper thin!

The parking was safe. Parked close to door. The room was very clean.

Nice rooms, pet friendly.

The only drawback was no fan in the bathroom to withdraw steam during shower. Appeared to have a vent of sorts but no actual exhaust fan. Made the whole room humid. Other then tat everything was great

There was no body soap and I had to buy my own, later in the night I needed to shower and I let the water run for over 20 minutes and it did not get warm let alone hot.

We could hear the guest in upper floor walking around all night. Also the sheets are not quite clean.

Very clean, nice staff, comfortable bed. Quick breakfast. very easu walk to the convention center.

We chose this Hotel because it was in walking distance to the Toyota Center. It was about a 5 minute walk, the street was well lighted.
The continental breakfast was pretty good, we were there when a big soccer team was there, the staff did a good job keeping everything clean and full since the team pretty much wiped everything out every 4 to 5 boys.
The beds were really comfortable, we loved the shampoo and conditioner that was provided.
Great stay overall!

Breakfast buffet offered a great selection of items. Had easy access off and on the freeway. Staff was very attentive and handled our reservation efficiently.

Only comment, instruction card would be nice for the two TV remotes - very confusing to operate

Quiet room, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is the usual fare. Good location near several resteraunts and shopping.

We came down for a wedding and the staff was very helpful getting us in for an early check in do to the wedding moving to 3:00pm. Thank you

As usual, my stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities including the exercise room and the breakfast buffet were also excellent. Finally, the staff was friendly and helpful.
