We were booked on this hotel. They claimed they were full and transferred us to a 4 star Exec Colon hotel nearby. It was not a four star. Hotel was very dated and had no AC. In the middle of the night we were sweating and asked for fans. They did provide fans but not the hotel

It is in a good location and very close to the Colon Theater.

Cons:

One week before the trip, they emailed me that the hotel did not function. Instead, your booking was moved to Exe Colon Hotel, which is 4-star and in the same area! I accepted it to be helpful, considering that I would receive the same service! Unfortunately, it was not the case! Exe Colon is an old hotel! No proper service. Two small beds in a small room (I was supposed to have two twin beds in a large room). The hotel did not have an air conditioning system as well (it was not working!). Mid-November in Buenos Aires is very warm, and with no AC, the room was hell! I Was trying to run away! Terrible Experience! Not recommended at all!

Beautiful old building along the bustling Avenida de Mayo. Friendly staff and great location for walking, bus or subway.

Cons:

They will need to update the building, and rooms, it is truly vintage!

Good location and breakfast. Ideal for short low-budget stays.

Impeccable breakfast. Great location.

Cons:

The building requires intervention. It looks like it once was a very fancy place, but it needs maintenance. Room was very small.

Is so near about all tourists places and have a Starbucks just next to the hotel. The hotel is so security and it has International breakfast and Argnetino too.
