Pros:

The main problem was roaches. Also, the restaurant breakfast only offered instant coffee, not brewed coffee. Also the hotel offers NO REFUNDS for any reason.

Pros:

It was a very good choice to stay there. Buffet breakfast was so good. served freshly made omlet and 'parota'. A yong man in the restaurant was very caring person to take care of his guests. The bell boy provided services when needed.

Pros:

Not convenient to MRT station, that takes 20 mins walk. The hotel seems quite old. Cannot adjust the air con temperature. The hair dryer is dirty. And cannot use the phone to contact receiption, take quite long time to wait the lift. I don't think I will come again.

Three terrible days spent in that facility. Dirty, poor breakfast and corridors are drenched in cigarette smoke.
I will never repeat a stay there and would never recommend it to anyone else.

Pros:

The hotel served the purpose of our stay very well. While not the most luxurious, it provided the necessary level of comfort for us. Grocery stores nearby, cookware and utensils provided, and very affordable in-hotel restaurant.

When we arrived to check in, there was no towels, and barely any toilet paper, the phone didnt work so had to go in person to sort it out
There was a number of cockroaches.
Needs a serious health and safety check.
Otherwise staff are nice and very helpful. Close to the airport, can organise travel options

The hotel does not look like the photos. The people were good to deal with, but the hotel and its furnishings and kitchens are old and not maintained and cigarette smoke circulates through the airconditioning.

I chose this property to be close to the airport but the room smelled smoky, kitchen appliances were old, missing door knob on a drawer. It was bearable to spend one night but it was not a pleasant night.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had! The cleanliness was unacceptable—my room was filthy, and I found bugs crawling around. To make matters worse, there were noticeable marks on the bed that made me question how often it was cleaned. was extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel was dirty, and the food served was not only unappetizing but also made me feel uneasy.

I hate this hotel, it’s a waste of money to stay in this hotel. My children could not eat the food because one of their staff was picking his nose, robbing his face, sneezed on his hand and touched the food without washing his hands. Management of the hotel is terrible, staff are rude with non challant attitude. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay. It is a total waste of money.
