We recently stayed at the Armani Hotel Dubai and overall had a very pleasant experience, mainly thanks to the exceptional concierge service.

Ashraf Khattab from the concierge team was outstanding. Truly a 10 out of 10. Extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with efficiency and warmth. He made a real difference in our stay and represents the level of service one expects from a luxury property.

However, I would not recommend booking the largest suite on the 38th floor. While the space itself is impressive, the amenities did not match the expectations for a suite in this category. There were very few in room amenities, and no complimentary fruits or small snacks available for guests to enjoy throughout the day, which is something typically offered at hotels of this level. For a flagship suite, the experience felt surprisingly minimal.

In summary, excellent concierge service, but the top suite did not fully justify the premium price.

The BEST birthday one can ask for!
Staying at the Armani Hotel Dubai to celebrate my birthday was truly unforgettable. From the moment I stepped into the sleek lobby inside the iconic Burj Khalifa, I was enveloped in pure elegance.

The rooms are spacious, calming, and immaculately designed, featuring subtle lighting, rich textures, and state-of-the-art technology. I was upgraded to a suite (room 825) through my AMEX card, overlooking the Dubai Fountain and offering a mesmerizing view both day and night. Every element—from the bedding to the bathroom amenities—reflected top-tier quality.

The service was exceptional. The Lifestyle Managers went above and beyond to personalize every aspect of my stay, anticipating needs before I even mentioned them. The Armani Spa and the gym were one of the BEST I've used. The hotel arranged my dinner reservations and transportation, and even surprised me with a small gift to celebrate my Birthday.

The location couldn’t be better—direct access to The Dubai Mall, and of course, being inside the world’s tallest building adds a special magic to the entire stay. In short, the Armani Hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s a complete experience of refined luxury. Perfect for couples, business travelers, or anyone looking to indulge in impeccable style and comfort. I am already looking forward to my next visit. You will not be disappointed.

We arrived at this hotel in mid-December and were given a pleasant welcome. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay.

A couple of nights in, we were awakened early in the morning by extremely loud drilling. When I complained to the front desk, I was told, without any apology, that the hotel shares the building with private residences and was unaware of the construction. We were assured it would not happen again. That assurance was meaningless, as the drilling resumed the very next morning and continued throughout the entire day.

After complaining again, management finally moved us to another room away from the residential area. Only then did we receive an apology. I spoke directly with the on-duty hotel manager and explained that when you are paying over $800 per night at a so-called five-star hotel, uninterrupted sleep should be the bare minimum expectation. Being woken up by construction noise and unable to stay in your room during the day is completely unacceptable at this price point.

After repeated complaints, the hotel offered to comp us a buffet dinner, which felt inadequate given the severity of the disruption.

There is no denying that this is a beautiful property with excellent restaurants and a convenient location. However, none of that matters if you cannot sleep or relax in your room. The hotel’s inability to control or properly respond to issues stemming from the adjacent residential units is a major flaw, and it was handled poorly.

If you are considering staying here, do not prioritize fountain or city views. Instead, insist on a room far away from the residential area. Most importantly, do not expect problems to be handled at the level one would reasonably expect from a true five-star hotel.

Kerolos gave me such an humble service, chef daniela and exective chef alesandro made the food so delicious, I will defiantly bring my clients here for meetings. Such a great view ti make best deals!

Visiting from the UK. Truly amazing service from all the Armani Deli team. Celebrating a special birthday with a friend. Food was gorgeous and adapted to needs by Alessandro. The waiters Kevolos and Alodi were attentive and provided a pashmina on a colder Dubai day at our outdoor table. No hesitation to move indoors for coffee and cake . Beautifully served by Marina. Visited there a perfect place for dinner. Kerolos and Ajay are the perfect companion on the time to dine in. Chef Daniella serves us the traditional Italy food.

High style modern, spacious and comfortable room, unique location, stunning views from the windows of our suite. The spa service was high level.

My stay did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel.

Due to a flight cancellation on 18 December, one night was lost with no compensation. During the stay, maintenance noise, weak hot water pressure, and slow check-in and check-out affected the overall comfort.

Amrani Hotel Dubai is truly ultra-luxury at its finest. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with an elegant atmosphere and outstanding attention to detail. Everything was perfect—from the comfort and cleanliness to the service and overall experience. A very nice hotel that makes you feel special throughout your stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious experience in Dubai.

I came to this hotel just me and my 5 year old to celebrate his birthday (not the most conventional hotel for a 5 year olds birthday but honestly they made it perfect) We have stayed at most of the hotels across the Emirates especially the 5 star hotels. This hotel went over and above and blew us away and all due to the staff.

From the second you pull in I have never met such welcoming and efficient valet and door staff, they made my son feel like royalty, warm, funny, fast and kind and completely set the standard for the rest of the stay

Check in - we were helped by Pramod, he was FABULOUS! He was so kind with my son, interactive and just made him feel special and important and not what I had expected from a hotel like the Armani where I thought it would be more business corporate style. Pramod took us to our room and on the way stopped off at the chocolate shop to let my little one pick something for himself (so kind!!)

The staff with the bags were just lovely too, nothing is too much trouble for ANYONE!

The room is amazing, they had gone over and above for my son, the room was decorated, there was cake, gifts and then they even brought more for him with a chocolate burj Khalifa which was STUNNING and candies!! The bed is the biggest we have ever stayed in and SO comfortable, the ipad which controls the room is fab!!

We went to Atmosphere which I know is not a part of the hotel but again the staff made it for us, going over and above with my little boy!

Breakfast - AMAZING! The team genuinely care (this runs through all the staff) everything is smooth, the food phenomenal, all the options you need and again couldnt do enough to make my sons day special with treats and gifts!!

Check out super quick and again the lady that served us was funny, chatty and kind.

Only negative would be the pool but this is purely down to preference, but I understand with the shape of the building they make the best of the space they have. Also the time for the money to be refunded back to my card I would have hoped a little faster but this is me nitpicking.

So many hotels could learn from this hotel on how to treat guests. Its the perfect warm fun and stunning hotel and this is for me due to the staff! They made our trip and its due to them that I would return again and again! Everything in the hotel runs like clockwork.

I checked out of the Armani Hotel today, and my experience was exceptional. From the unique elegance of the décor and the stunning beauty of the suite to the delicious food and outstanding customer service, every detail was impeccable. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Simona Battista for her kindness and professionalism; she ensured my stay was flawless.

I would highly recommend the Armani Hotel to anyone wishing to experience the exquisite sophistication and charm of Italian living.

Absolutely loved staying in this hotel! The location is great and convenient as well and the views are stunning!
Especially I wanted to point out Mr. Amin from the front desk who was handling our check in process. He is very polite and knowledgeable and took good care of us.

Pretty cool place to hang out for a couple of days. We were treated like VIPs at all times by the staff. Design, views and food all fabulous. Amazing view of the fountain show from the 38th floor. Nice vibe by the pool. Our bed was super comfy. Direct access to the mall was cool too but a little map of how to find your way back would have been handy as it is not that straightforward to find!

Fancy hotel with chic decor (so chic its hard to find a door let alone find your way around!). The L shaped pool is small but good with some sun and some shade just outside the spa and gym area. Good breakfast but very expensive if not included nearly $50...The main problem is the massive traffic in the immediate vicinity of the hotel given the Dubai Mall is adjacent, so takes twice as long to get in and out of this hotel versus hotels in adjacent blocks. Great view of Fountains (1pm, 1:30 and 6pm) from the Deli restaurant one floor up.

Stayed at the Armani Hotel for 4 nights attending a business event and the hotel was amazing, fantastic service, topnotch faculties. The entire team has well taken care of us. Thank you.

At the world’s tallest building, the harmony of colors, choice of furnishings, atmosphere, breakfast selections in all-included, views!!! All amazing!

1) check in experience superb.
2) spent lots of time to get room prepared with house keeping. Looks like no existence of supervisory and GM level in hotel staff.
3) morning no need alarm. Construction noise make you awake or disturbing you working. Better call to stop it.
4) not worth using Armani name. Do not get fool.
5) breakfast experience good.
Not suitable for common people. Hotel do not trust customer complaints. Never ever come back. Avoid.
