“I was celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Best Western Plus Palo Alto Inn and Suites made our stay smooth and completely stress‑free. I originally planned to stay just one day, but the experience was so good that I stayed a second night. For the first time ever, the pictures online actually matched the room and the hotel — I was pleasantly surprised in the best way. Breakfast was good, and while it would be even better with more options like bacon or boiled eggs, everything tasted fresh, and the fruits — especially the apples and oranges — were great. Kudos to the entire staff, including housekeeping and the kitchen; I honestly wanted to find something to complain about, but I can’t. Please don’t raise the prices… you’re doing everything right.”

Honestly, the service wasn’t what I expected at first because I had just flown back from Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida, and that’s a big difference. But your hotel really surprised me. From the moment I walked in, the air felt clean and fresh, and the staff was friendly. This place is definitely a must‑visit the next time I come to San Antonio. Keep everything just the way it is.”

Good for a short term stay
Pros:

The location made it easy to access the interstate. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was a huge sewer roach in the room. The bed was hard and super high from the floor. The shower was leaking all night. The toilet was running all night. The room was also not that clean.

I loved it. I will stay there again.
Pros:

Everybody was good to us. The breakfast was amazing and it was a lot of places right by the hotel that we could go if we didn’t want to get food.

Cons:

Shower know was halfway busted with exposed screws. Shower never got hot. Had to take cold shower! Room ac unit started making weird and loud noise throughout the night.
