Pros:

The front desk clerk when w walked in was very friendly and accommodating as I always ask for extra pillows due to a failed back surgery. My last visit 3 mths ago the clerk was rude and said "they don't do that anymore, not since covid". Which I knew was not true as I come to this same hotel every 3 mths. But this person was very nice (I wish I had gotten his name) which is nice after having driven almost 6 hours.
This hotel is always clean and the rooms fresh. They also have the best breakfast which I unfortunately missed this time as I was so tired.

Cons:

I really can't say anything bad about the hotel.

Breakfast was very nice, the staff was very nice and accommodating, facility was nice and clean

Cons:

During our stay, the elevators were broken and our room was on the fourth floor with 2 young children, no accommodations were made and was an inconvenience . The hot tub was also not working so water was pretty cold

Elevator not working, not working since last month, requested 1st floor room a week before and did not get first floor. Ice machine on second floor not working. Carpet in stairs smelled like feet. Tubs are too small. Gym equipment not working

Llamen antes de reservar no funciona el elevador.
Pros:

Lo comfortable de la cama y ampliacion del cuarto.

Cons:

Al llegar nos vimos un letrero que el elevador no funcionaba y nos dieron el cuarto en el 3 piso. Muchas escaleras para subir equipaje. 👎

Comfortable,staff was great.

Close to convert.

Cons:

Only thing was the shower drain couldn’t stay up I had to put a little mirror inside so it can stay up so the water can drain but everything else was great.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed
Pros:

The staff was amazing.

Cons:

The elevator didn’t work, you can go up but can’t come down unless you call the front desk which is super annoying so we took the stairs down every-time. I was on the third floor with children so this was difficult. The jacuzzi didn’t work. The side door didn’t open with the key card which we had to park in the back due to it being full so a side door would’ve been handy. The WiFi didn’t work all weekend we got about 10 minutes of watch time before it went out. We kept waiting for it to come back up but spent our whole weekend with no wifi. I had planned a movie night with my kids but we all ended up on our phones because no WiFi means no tv. There was no coffee machine in room either all in all I’m very dissatisfied and feel like the little vacation I had planned wasn’t a vacation at all.
