I reserved the room one week and half with time got there at 3:40pm and room wasn't ready they gave me the room at 7:00pm

Cons:

Mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom. Smelled like mold and mildew in the room and everything felt damp sheets and everything. We did ask for another room and the staff was kind and gave us one. Mold and smell was better in that room but still had issues.

Very clean and responsive and reliable service but the location is very sketchy and homeless people at the corner store
Pros:

I like that the property was very clean inside and very good customer service

Cons:

We had made reservations for a king suit room with bathtub for a weekend getaway with my wife. Unfortunately the shower did not have any cold water. It was steaming HOT ! No way to take an enjoyable shower like that. So unfortunately we had to move to another room which sucked because we were so excited about the suit.

Roach infested, overpriced, and dirty.
Cons:

Hotel is dirty. I had roaches in my room. There was hair in the tub.

Good location and it was very clean.

Cons:

I didn't know the handicap room bed would be so high off the floor. My mother-in-law who is 85 years old and had two knee surgeries could not get on the bed. I asked if they had a rollway bed, a recliner or step stool. All answers were no. She said. " We can not be liable! I am more upset with the way the questions were answered.
