Room was clean, comfortable bed.
Very clean and quiet
When we checked in, we found used towels inside the closet. Additionally, the bed sheet had red stains on it. I reported this to the front desk, but nothing was done.

Bed was really comfortable.
The breakfast was not laid out well, missing things that should have been there, so we did not eat it.
Something was wrong with the door lock. when we first went to the room the door unlocked, but we had to swipe it multiple time and the light was red. When I got up to walk my service dog at 3:50 am, I got locked out of my room, so went to the front desk and contacted the front desk person. When I told him the passkey he made wasn't working he game me attitude saying someone inside had locked the door. I told him that the door lock was not working, insisted that someone inside had locked the door! So to get in I had to call & wake up my wife at 4:00 am! When we left the hotel, my wife discovered she had left her phone in the room. When I asked the front desk person (same one) to open the room up for me he gave me a new pass key. This pass key didn't work so I went down and asked him to come open the door. He got the maid's master key, which didn't work either! The front desk person was rude, saying someone had done something with the safety bar on the door frame. I told him he needed to contact the manager or a locksmith and he said there was no manager and that it would take time to get the door opened! So my wife & I waited in the lobby and about 15 minutes later he shouted from the 2nd floor I could get in the room. When I went up the elevator, I saw him walking off so he would not have to talk to me. This guy is bad for your business. We will never ever stay at this hotel again!
It was close to family.
It was unclean you had to search for staff upon checking in the a/c was not working very hot and humid. The room was unclean no towel to shower with the handrails in the shower were broken.
