Belo hotel. Quarto amplo e silencioso, muito limpo, cama confortável, roupa de cama de boa qualidade, calefação funcionando bem. Ótimo café da manhã.
Gostamos muito do atendimento na recepção.
Banheiro com bom tamanho, mas o box só é fechado em parte e molha um pouco o piso, no lado de fora.
No restaurante/bar, o atendimento foi ruim. Fomos à tardinha para tomar um café e desistimos. Nem vimos café ou chá no cardápio. Voltamos à noite, para comer alguma coisa e desistimos de novo. Motivo: funcionários pouco (ou nada) atenciosos. Mesmo com o restaurante vazio, ficamos aguardando um tempão, até que decidissem vir até a mesa saber o que nós queríamos. Preferimos comer em outro lugar.
Obs: o hotel fica a uns 400 metros do lago Lanquihue, mas está no alto de uma ladeira.
O hotel tem quartos grandes e instalações muito confortáveis no geral. O café da manhã é incrível! Gostamos muito da estadia no Salace hotel em Puerto Varas.

Los calzos de estacionamiento del hotel son insuficientes , si llegas tarde no tienes espacio para estacionar.
