To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

La ubicación espectacular con estacionamiento ubicado en un lugar silencioso. Sin tráfico y a una cuadra de la plaza y restaurantes, a dos cuadras de la playa .
El desayuno delicioso, buen surtido en todo.
Da localização, da presteza dos funcionários, do estacionamento, da vista da janela. O café da manhã é satisfatório, mas não é maravilhoso como em outras avaliações aqui. Nós brasileiros estamos acostumados à fartura e diversidade de nossos hotéis e acabamos estranhando um pouco. Mas estou acostumada a viajar para o exterior e é até raro ter café da manhã. Café normal. Gostei do colchão porque é firme , travesseiros, tamanho do quarto. Tem um guarda-roupas bom pra ajeitar as coisas.
O hotel é cuidado (parece reformado) nas áreas comuns. Os móveis do quarto achei meio velhos. O ar condicionado não esfriava muito. Tem um sofá no quarto muito ruim. Quando vc se assenta nele, quase chega ao chão. Além de estar todo manchado, com aspecto de sujo (ele é de suede). A micro geladeira do quarto é difícil até para esfriar a água. Muito fraquinha. O banheiro (com banheira) é satisfatório. O custo benefício é bom , já que lá são bem caros os hotéis. Eu esqueci de perguntar por e mail ou mensagem sobre a isenção do IVA e também não foi orientado nada sobre.

Siempre que venimos a Puerto Varas solemos alojarnos en Solace Hotel, tiene una excelente relación precio/calidad, el personal es super amable, una ubicación ideal para ir caminando al centro, y el desayuno es sin dudas el MEJOR, hasta salmon ahumado ofrecen! y si sos celiaco te preparan opciones de pan y tortas sin gluten. Este hotel es una gran elección. También tienen habitaciones triples que si vas en familia es una gran ventaja y no muchos hoteles las ofrecen.
