Great location, excellent value, and lovely extras
Pros:

Great location in the city center, making it easy to explore the city centre of Puebla. The hotel offers very good value for money, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, with high-quality food. A big bonus was the 1-hour spa access included in the stay, which was a really nice touch

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small, which made it slightly less comfortable, but it wasn’t a major issue overall

Limpio , servicial y céntrico .

Me gustó mucho :
1) limpieza de la habitación
2) atención del personal.
3) la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, te queda súper cerca el zócalo , panadería ,tiendas de dulces y souvenirs, lugares para comer comida típica , puedes moverte caminando ya que todo te queda cerca .
4) el restaurante que tienen es riquísimo , lo recomiendo.
5) te ofrecen servicio de taxi seguro para trasladarte al ADO o aeropuerto.
6) Te ofrecen servicio de tours a excelente precio e incluye el servicio de traslado, incluso sale más cómodo y barato que hacerlo por tu cuenta . Nosotros contratamos el de Africam Safari , incluía el chófer /guía , una camioneta para hacer el tour , y el guía te acompaña todo el tour sin presionar, te da tu espacio y te va explicando las dudas que tengas .

Gutes Hotel in bester Lage

Die Lage in der Innenstadt von Puebla war top, das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sind sehr angenehm gewesen.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation im Hotel war etwas schwierig. Wir hatten Probleme unseren Mietwagen aus der Garage zu bekommen, da wir keinen Beleg bei der Zufahrt bekommen hatten. Es dauerte ca.30 Minuten bis wir die Situation geklärt bekommen haben. War etwas nervig und kompliziert.
