totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights:
dirty carpet in room, horrible unhygienic repair work in shower, dank and uncared for. reception is a mess, public area look like a doss house. walls peeling...

Hotel reception person has no word other than sorry when i addressed the complaint.
Food was good. Rest everything was below average. Looks like Hotel was built for a 4 star capacity.. But hopelessly maintained :-(
The hotel was completely rundown,definitely in need of refurbishment.
The internet connection was non existent and the staff had no idea about how to resolve these issues.
No television was available and despite complaining again this wasn’t sorted and no explanations were given.
The complimentary water bottle was a used one ,open.
None of my issues were dealt with and access to any manager was impossible.
There weren’t any no smoking rooms available,therefore my bedroom smelt heavily of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant.
No emergency lighting was available when the electricity cut off and I had to make my way downstairs in the dark,so quite dangerous.
The site should use updated photographs of the hotel so that people know exactly they are booking.

Swimming pool is closed since many months. Hot water for bath comes only in mornin that too frm 7:30 -10am.
In breakfast they keep paper cups for tea and coffee and they give you cup and saucer only on request.
1 of the biggest thing missing was SMILE on each n every staff memebers.

As we were four, while booking they promised two king size bad but a on king size bad and single bad was provided
THE HOTEL WAS SHUTDOWN FOR SOME TIME AND HENCE THE ROOMS, HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE QUALITY WAS A BIG LET DOWN.
The hotel rooms are ok but the maintenance is very very poor. Rooms are not cleaned until forced to. Lobby is dirty. The hotel doesn't seem to have room service staff.
There is no good management and service is very poor. Rooms are not cleaned properly and breakfast is repetitive and basic. The menu is also very basic and the chef is not very professional.
Hotel room is good but hotel service was very bed. I called for baby milk on 1pm but till 5pm didn't give 2-3 time I called. Then I went reception from 7th floor. It's very bed I m not satisfied because I came from uk with four kids.they were tired.its rubbish service
