Appartement 306 le vis à vis très proche (immeuble avec terrasse) Vivre dans le noir avec les rideaux occultants tirés,pas de volets.
Dans le noir malgré un beau soleil c'est dommage!
Ce qui justifie le 8 ,qui reste malgré tout une bonne note car emplacement idéal ,proche gare et travail.

Pros:

Very good price and location.

Cons:

Room wasn't properly clean, with 28 degrees, AC wasn't working. Had to sleep with windows open , therefore exposed to lots of noises.
Very unpleasant and difficult to have a proper night sleep.
