Pros:

No hot water, there was a leak. Generally very old.
They gave away our parking spot we
arrived back after dinner on night 3 and had nowhere to park in the entire place and the front desk night kid had no idea what to do (felt bad for him).
Breakfast took a very very very very long time.

Es un lugar hermoso pero le falta mantenimiento al área de la alberca y limpieza en la cascada aunque no deja de ser un lugar perfecto para pasar tiempo en pareja o con la familia, toda la gente es muy atenta y el servicio increíble.

Considerar que las habitaciones estan un poco lejos unas de otras y de la casa club. La iluminación por la noche para ir a la habitación no es muy buena. Y la comida del restaurante es mas bien regular. La habitación en sí es muy amplia, con buena iluminación e instalaciones cuidadas. El servicio en general es muy bueno el personal muy amable siempre

El lugar es hermoso. Su cascada natural, lo hacen único. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Solo faltan dos cosas, primera frigobar dentro y segundo más estaciones de limpieza disponibles para perritos, y que se tenga en las habitaciones especiales, camita y plato para agua.
