Great facilities and perfect location. Poor wifi though
Pros:

Breakfast was good for Chinese hotel standards, the health center and location are definitely the highlights for this hotel. It was very clean, with friendly staff.

Cons:

Wifi connection was terrible, I don't know if they were having some issues during my stay but couldn't connect even to chinese websites, had to go to a starbucks to work because the wifi was too slow.

I make the right choice to stay at this facility as it is near to all the tourist attractions area.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional good but the price is abit to pricey. A good mixed of American and oriental varieties for my liking.

Cons:

So far every is good, I cannot think of anything for mr dislike.

Very good hotel in the centre of Shanghai, minor issue with the staffs’ attitude
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel few times whenever I come to Shanghai for business. Spacious room with nice view. Excellent amenities and services especially you can fine the FINANCIAL TIMES newspaper to read here which is very rare in China. Breakfast has limited choices but good enough. The only issue I see is the staffs’ attitudes sometimes I felt quite aggressive. Thus, I could only give them 4 on 5 scale. In general, a nice place to stay in Shanghai.
