Very good hotel in the centre of Shanghai, minor issue with the staffs’ attitude
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel few times whenever I come to Shanghai for business. Spacious room with nice view. Excellent amenities and services especially you can fine the FINANCIAL TIMES newspaper to read here which is very rare in China. Breakfast has limited choices but good enough. The only issue I see is the staffs’ attitudes sometimes I felt quite aggressive. Thus, I could only give them 4 on 5 scale. In general, a nice place to stay in Shanghai.

Pros:

It was very central ,with the best view and big room..they put us in 27 floor that we loved it..clean and spacious

It wasn't pleasant temperature in the room..also bit cold..
