Pros:

Hotel is OK but when back at home I saw that they charged from credit card 2times more than in invoice. Hotel have no e-mail to contact and complain. List price for 2 nights was 1718 CNY but the charged from card 3559 CNY. [email protected]

They should keep the agreed prices. Real price will be 2 times more

Понравилось все, месторасположение удачное, станция метро в нескольких минутах ходьбы, номер уютный, уборка, персонал, все замечательно. Спасибо отелю, что пошли на встречу и пересмотрели даты заселения в связи с тайфуном.
Понравилось что завтраки можно забрать в контейнере, так как дочка не любитель ранних завтраков и можно потом ей перекусить в номере.

Cons:

В объекте понравилось все, замечаний по нему нет. Не понравилась только одна деталь - депозит, который удержал отель при въезде. Во-первых, нигде не было указано что нужен депозит. Во-вторых, отель забрал сумму значительно превышающую стоимость проживания. Это хорошо что у меня были деньги дополнительно, а если бы не было? На что я должна была питаться в стране? В-третьих, депозит при выезде сказали что вернут в течение 7 - 30 дней! То есть я еще должна ждать свои же деньги! Считаю такой депозит возмутительным. Пожалуйста возьмите сумму оплаты за отель, возьмите сверх если вдруг я возьму что-то из мини бара. Приходите проверяйте мини бар. Но если я ничего не беру из мини бара, зачем им сумма в 1870 юаней на депозите?! Это сколько я должна была съесть и выпить в мини баре за 7 дней на эту сумму? Считаю такой депозит не правильным и нужно заранее оповещать о нем. Это был нежданный сюрприз со стороны отеля.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Frühstücksbereich, Restaurant und in der Sauna könnte das Personal etwas freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein und die Gäste begrüßen. Ansonsten war alles super und ich war sehr zufrieden.
