It was very central ,with the best view and big room..they put us in 27 floor that we loved it..clean and spacious

I haven't encountered such a situation in any other hotel - so unacceptable for a hotel of this rank

Good location, good style, "fancy" hotel for sure!

Cons:

Disappointing financial transparency and arrogant staff
I had an incredibly stressful experience regarding the payment and staff attitude at this hotel. Without any prior notification, the hotel pre-charged half of the total price 16 hours before the official free cancellation deadline (January 28th). When I inquired at the reception, the staff was dismissive and arrogant, simply stating, "Yes, we did it," without providing a proper explanation for the early charge.
Furthermore, they attempted to hold/charge a total of approximately 1000 CNY above the original booking price of 1,728 CNY. When I asked for a guarantee that the pre-charged amount would be deducted from the final bill, I was told it was "not possible."
As of now, I am still waiting for the promised refunds of 829 CNY and 1,032 CNY to be returned to my credit card. The combination of confusing financial practices, overcharging beyond the booking agreement, and the sheer arrogance of the front desk staff makes it impossible for me to recommend this hotel. Great location, but terrible management and customer service.
One refund arrived...finally...stil waiting for 829 CNY of the hotel pre-charged half...
