Baguio Burnham Suites

Burnham Suites is very near the center of Baguio, walking distance to Burnham Park, the Baguio Market, Session Road but is in a quiet road next to Lourdes Church. Rooms were large, bed was confortable. The only problem being that if you are in the top (7th) floor you have no internet access. I had to connect in the lobby or breakfast area. Other than that and the long time for water in the shower to become hot (you waste so much water letting the tap run over) this is a hotel I would stay in again and recommend.

Uploaded herewith is a photo of an advisory by Baguio Burnham Suites management regarding the LIMITATION in their supply of hot water. This photo was taken inside my hotel room, after I checked-in the hotel. The hotel management should have been honest enough to publish the same advisory in their website. I checked their website BEFORE booking a 9-night stay in their hotel. Had I read their advisory in their website at that time, I would NOT have booked a stay in their hotel at all!

When I actually checked-in Baguio Burnham Suites hotel, I discovered that the problem with their supply of hot water was MUCH WORSE that what their advisory admits. The hot water failed literally everyday that I was there. Engineering came twice to try to fix the hot water problem, but the "fix" did not last! I had to take FREEZING showers in the bathroom twice. This was because Baguio City has COLD weather and there was NO hot water.

I asked myself, how about the men's restroom in the ground floor of the hotel? Does it provide hot water? I tested said restroom for 5-10 minutes. NO hot water.

I had to check-out of the hotel, after a stay of only 3 nights. I did NOT use the remaining 6 nights of my booking. In a cold climate, NO reliable hot water! Unbearable!

Burnham Suites and Hotel location was perfect. It is across the street from the Burnham Park. The hotel team were attentive; Very Good and polite. Special THANK YOU to Mr Kenneth Anchetta, he showed a very positive attitude, kind with a courteous behavior. Thank you once again for your amazing hospitality. Loved it and would recommend the hotel.

I liked the view and the room was spacious. The internet was good. I had several issues with the air conditioning and TV. However, I don't regret the choice... Very nice place. I would stay there again.

The location of the hotel is spot on with its proximity to Burnham Park, popular restaurants, the markets and other must dos in Baguio. The service is good, rooms are cleaned adequtely, breakfast is hot and get the day started off right. The main issue is the hot water. The note in the bathroom mirror says recommends limiting showers to 10-15 minutes in order to have adequate hot water. Most people must ignore this because we had practically no hot water for a full week. It wasn't the end of the world, but would expect more from this type of accommodation. One note. Many of the units in this hotel are private residences that are rented.

Baguio Burnham Suites may not be the fanciest hotel - rooms are a bit old (although quite generous in size) and amenities are basic, but it has one of the friendliest and attentive personnel. My aunt had a medical emergency, front desk and security were quick to respond and helped get us to the hospital quick. All our requests were promptly attended to. We felt taken cared of.

Just across the bustling nightlife of Burnham Park, a minute walk to the orchidarium, a step away from a catholic church, the hotel is very accessible to some local tourist destinations. The rooms are confortable. The staff are courteous and pleasant. Hotel coffee shop serve food at reasonable prices.

Clean and very convenient to all our activities. Friendly staffs and excellent service. I definitely recommend to family and friends. Taxi rides are not a problem at all and very close to shops and restaurant too

Very nice hotel with beautiful view of Burnham Park. Easy walking and transportation access to everything. Helpful friendly staff and a good free breakfast was included. Several Filipino celebrities were staying in the hotel while we were there and everyone was very nice. A clean, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere that I can recommend.

It was an official business trip to do courtesy calls to the newly elected Mayors in the second district of La Union. So that Wednesday we travelled to 3 municipalities of Sto. Tomas, Bauang and Naguilian. We finished near sunset and decided to spend the night at Burnham Suites. Some guests arrived at 7:00 and had dinner at the Hotel. We were surprised at the food we ordered for dinner. Pancit canton, clubhouse sandwich, salad, arroz caldo. They were just superbly done. Kudos to the Chef. We ate heartily and spent the next hour discussing official matters. At 10:00 pm we called it a night and went up to our respective rooms. Our room was nicely decorated with fluffy pillows. The bahroom was complete with soap and toothbrushes. We had freshly laundered new towels which was nicely folded atop our beds. Our stay was really very nice with the friendly and accomodating staff. Burnham Suites will be number one in my hotels in Baguio everytime I will travel to this part of town.

Booked the one bedroom suite for our 4 nights stay. The room has 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchenette with a 4 seater dining table. It’s very spacious and we had added a bed in the living room for our nanny. The location of the hotel is very strategic right in front of the park and near everything in the town. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. During our stay we experience the cable not working for 2 days. The hotel is a bit old but still nice. Price is very reasonable and good customer service

Visited this hotel with a group - rooms are pretty average, location is ok but you need to cross many busy roads and 15-20 minutes to get to the main centre area.

It was our final day - bus was booked for 7am sharp via the hotel. 6am reconfirmed that this was on schedule. At 8am still no arrival and we were told by the receptionist that there was no manager who could help us with any other form of transports. Totally irresponsible - flights being missed. Terrible terrible service! Never again - avoid this place.

They have a nice choices of food. They have a good food, worth your money. It is only near burnham park. They have a good ambiance as well. It is good for family and friends. A friendly environment with a friendly staff.

The hotel is a bit dated, although excellent service. The staff are first class.. truly excellent. The hotel is in the center of town with everything within a short walking distance. This is a big plus with the traffic, one way streets and limited parking available. We will be staying there again.

I don't recommend this hotel, we stayed in this Hotel for 3 weeks with my family in a supposedly a family room, 6th floor but it was not satisfying to me and my family. The 3 worse things happened while we were there. 1. Bugs/ cockroaches almost everyday crawling on the floor, okay I reported it to the front desk I was ignored. I took several photos. 2. Foods were served cold also even though I talked with the staff who took order s but on several occasions staff gave me wrong order of food or drinks. 3. At 4:30 early morning water poured into my daughter's bed from the 7th floor. It was constantly dripping we assumed there was a linkage from the bathroom up on the 7th floor. I called the front desk and I was ignored the first attempt. I then called housekeeping but no one answered. I took a video through my phone went down and showed it to the lady before she called the service guy/ house keeping guy. It sounded to me they prioritize the locals occupants. The truth is I used to be a local.

Location is very good. Rooms are ok but Lots of bugs. Not enough toiletries.

I was on holiday and rode in on my bike, I was a couple hours early and was told that i would not be able to check in before 2 pm. When I was able to check in it was rather painless, and the person at the front desk helped me with my stuff to our room. When I got the to the room it was clean but rather hot due to the AC not being powered on prior entering the room. It took over 2 hours to get the room at a comfortable temp. The bed was older and also very hard to sleep on. They say that they offer WiFi in all rooms but that is not the case. There was no info for what the information on how to attach to the WiFi so I called the front desk and asked for the info. The front desk gave me the info and then terminated the call. I had to call back down to the front desk and let them know that it would connect to the Local Network but there was no Internet connectivity. the front desk person stated to me that she would have the Eng Dept look into it and call me back. I called back to the front desk many times for the status of the issue and was always told the same thing. never once did I get a call back and through out the entire stay I did not get WiFi. As for the rest of the stay and the room, well the CR was nice and the shower did have both hot and cold water. But due to the lack of caring from the hotel staff, I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. I have received better service from lower priced and lower ended hotels.

We love our room. The great thing about our room is the view, "the Church". Every morning we jog in burnham park which is across the street and go to the church. We love the weather. The staff are nice too. Everything is good.

Soooo nice heree its not about the weather na sobrang lamig, dahil na din sa view na sobrang ganda. Nakaka chill and nakakagaan sa pakiramdam every places na napupuntahan mo. Yung mga food pa nila dabest
