Dichtbij veel faciliteiten, prima budget hotel
Pros:

Het is heel toegankelijk, 24 uur receptie, dichtbij BTS en MTR. Als het regent loop je zo overdekt naar T21.

Cons:

De hygiëne viel tegen. Kranen waren vies net als de sproeikop vh toilet.

Convenient Stay with an Unfortunate Ending
Pros:

- Excellent location right next to Asok BTS Station, literally on the corner, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Bangkok.
- We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade.
- The room was spacious, well laid out, and offered plenty of usable space, making the stay comfortable.
- Although we checked in quite late in the evening, the check-in process itself was smooth.
- Upon arrival, we were informed that our stay included a THB 100 food voucher and one complimentary soft drink per person, which could be redeemed the following day.
- The staff member taking drink orders the next morning was friendly, polite, and genuinely pleasant.

Cons:

The front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the surrounding area. When we asked for recommendations on where to eat nearby, we were simply told, "I don't know, just walk around and see." For a hotel receptionist, I would expect at least some basic local recommendations. We ended up spending quite a while searching on Google Maps for somewhere to eat.
The room wasn't particularly well soundproofed. During the night, we could clearly hear what sounded like construction work or loud outdoor noise. Light sleepers may struggle.
The route to the room involved quite a few steps and a somewhat confusing layout. Guests traveling with elderly family members should be aware, as it may not be the easiest property to navigate.
The biggest disappointment came the following morning. We were in a hurry to check out and continue our journey. We explained to the staff that we only wanted to redeem our complimentary soft drinks and politely asked if they could be prepared as takeaway. We were happy to wait outside.
While we were waiting, a woman—who appeared to be the owner or manager—came over. Instead of preparing takeaway drinks, the staff brought them in regular dine-in glasses. When we asked if they could be changed to takeaway cups, she flatly refused, saying they didn't provide takeaway cups. We were also told not to wait any longer. Since we were short on time, we simply thanked the staff and left without the drinks.

The drinks themselves weren't the issue. What disappointed us was the attitude and the inconsistency. If something is advertised as a complimentary guest benefit, it shouldn't come with unnecessary restrictions that aren't communicated beforehand. Many hotels are happy to provide complimentary beverages in takeaway cups when guests have an early departure.

In the end, refusing such a simple request over the cost of a paper cup created a far worse impression than the value of the drink itself.

Enttäuschung!!!
Pros:

Das Personal an der Tür war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Koffer wurden direkt entgegengenommen und bis ins Zimmer gebracht. Außerdem wurde jedes Mal höflich die Tür geöffnet, wenn man das Hotel betreten oder verlassen hat. Dieser Service war wirklich professionell und angenehm.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück am ersten Tag hatte ich den Frühstücksgutschein selbstverständlich dabei, aber niemand vom Personal hat danach gefragt. Deshalb bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass man ihn nicht extra vorzeigen muss (genau so kenne ich es auch aus anderen Hotels). Den Gutschein für den zweiten Tag habe ich dann leider verloren.

Umso schockierter war ich, als ich nach dem Frühstück plötzlich aufgefordert wurde, 100 Baht zu bezahlen. Ehrlich gesagt fühlte ich mich dabei regelrecht abgezockt. Am ersten Tag interessiert sich niemand für den Gutschein, aber am zweiten Tag wird plötzlich Geld verlangt? Diese unprofessionelle Vorgehensweise ist einfach lächerlich und wirkt nur kundenunfreundlich.

Statt Verständnis zu zeigen oder die Situation vernünftig zu klären, wurde einfach kassiert. Wegen 100 Baht so mit Gästen umzugehen, sagt meiner Meinung nach alles über den Service dieses Hotels aus.

Hätte ich vorher gewusst, dass mir wegen eines verlorenen Gutscheins trotz bereits gebuchtem Frühstück zusätzlich Geld berechnet wird, hätte ich garantiert woanders gegessen, zum Beispiel im Terminal 21.

So ein Verhalten finde ich unverschämt und enttäuschend. Dieses Hotel werde ich definitiv nie wieder besuchen und kann es aufgrund dieser Erfahrung auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

再訪確定のホテル
Pros:

2回目の利用ですが、このホテルを選ぶ最大の利点は、駅からのアクセスがとっても良いことです。
ターミナル21やマックスバリューなどへのアクセスもよく、お土産や食べるところに困らないことです。
今回初めて朝食サービスを利用しましたが、ホテルに併設されているレストランで食事をすることができました。ある程度メニューは限定されていますが、とてもボリュームもあって良かったです。
また次の機会があれば、このホテルに宿泊しようと思うほどです。
＜追記＞
帰国後にホテルに忘れ物をしたことに気がついた。ダメ元でホテルに連絡をしたら忘れ物を保管してくれていると連絡があった。とてもサービスの行き届いていると感じた次第です。

Cons:

室内の窓際に蟻が列を作って、歩いていました。
虫嫌いにはつらいかも知れませんが、東南アジアのホテルによくあることだと割り切れば良いかと思いました。
東宝が利用した部屋には浴槽がなく、シャワーの温度調節に少々手を焼きました。浴槽がないのは東南アジアのホテルによくあることだと割り切れれば良いと思います。

พนักงานที่ร้านอาหารค่ะ เข้าใจว่าชาวต่างชาติเยอะ แต่อยากให้มีพนักงานคนไทยบ้าง บางทีเราก็รู้สึกผิดที่พูดไทยกับเขาแล้วเขาไม่เข้าใจ แอบรู้สึกเหมือนไม่ได้อยู่ประเทศตัวเองค่ะ
