Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport by IHG

Not your top noch hotel but it’s okay for a one night stay. Breakfast was okay not the best but provides usual food item.
Manetesh was nice at the breakfast area he kept tables clean.

I have stayed in the best hotels in Dubai many times. After a long time, today I found a staff in this hotel whose manners from talking to serving were like those of a five-star luxury hotel staff. I requested a towel from this staff. They not only gave me a towel but also asked if I needed anything else. His name is Mr. Hamza from Housekeeping.He is definitely an educated and admirable staff member.

Excellent location just minutes from the airport. The room was very clean, spacious, and well organized. Staff were polite and professional, especially SAQIB he was as well helpf, The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet despite being close to the airport. Free shuttle service was on time. Perfect choice for transit travelers. Highly recommen

It’s a bit far from the city centre but they have an excellent free shuttle service that runs from the airport, to the Dubai mall and to Deira city centre. The staff is super helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests for help. The elevator lobby on the third floor unfortunately has a horrible smell that is harder to take every time I pass by. The rooms are great and have been well maintained. I would definitely stay here again, it’s worth the cost spent!

Great experience! The room was immaculate and cozy. Being close to the airport was a huge plus. Breakfast had a lot of choices and everything was delicious. Big appreciation to Mr. Vikash—his professionalism stood out. Highly recommend this place

A good hotel for a layover, with a tasty breakfast. They offer airport transfers, but unfortunately, it's not possible to walk from the airport to the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport. The housekeeping team did an excellent job—rooms were spotless, fresh towels every day, and everything was well organized. The hotel is very clean overall and perfect for a short stay near the airport. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. The public area and gym was always crowded ( because the athletes and teams of world boxing event were staying in the hotel). That was a bit of inconvenience but I understand that it was an exceptional thing as our dates of stay clashed with those of boxing event. Otherwise, staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful with a lots of options. Zu Zu and her sister plus all the other restaurant team were a great host. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

However, I would like to bring to management's notice that the Tour and Package guy who sits next to restaurant entrance is a fraud. He charged us heavily for a desert safari, which I paid assuming that it would be top notch. However, the guy who took us to the desert safari took us to a half built camp for the food and entertainment part. There were many well organized camps on the way but he choose this camp, probably because it was cheaper and they could earn more profit. The food was cold, I assume it was made in the morning. Next day, I confronted him but he claimed that we were taken to top 4 camps of Dubai. I felt so amused at that guys confidence that he assumes other to be believe whatever nonsense he would say.
Anyway, I m just sharing my ordeal here with hotel's management so that you are aware of this scam that might bring bad name to your hotel. Rest it's upto you to decide.
