Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport by IHG

We really liked the hotel and the staff. Even in middle of crisis during March 2026 in Dubai, they helped us. The breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was very close to Dubai airport, we rented a car and everywhere in Dubai was approximately 20 minutes apart to this hotel. I recommend to stay.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 and with an efficient shuttle service every 30', the Holiday Inn Express represents a valid choice for those in need of an airport hotel in Dubai at a fair price.
The structure is in line with the Holiday Inn Express brand, offering simple but functional rooms, a decent breakfast and a basic buffet for lunch and dinner, with also the option of an alternative pub/restaurant.
Staff is OK even though there is a fairly rigid approach and any request that is not usual is simply rejected, without trying to satisfy the customers.

Awful small rooms with no carpet on the floor which was a big setback as feet got cold. The room were stinky due to lack of ventilation. Pretty average furniture in the room.
Breakfast was pretty awful too. No Indian food option and even english breakfast options were average. Masala tea looked like a boiled milk with some tea added. Overall, pathetic experience. Will henceforth keep holiday inn express as a least preferred option.

We are the guests of room 207. First of all, I would like to thank Naw very much. She is a very patient front desk staff! When we don't know how to extend the free stay(Because the background of this trip is quite special. We were stranded for some special reasons.) But with her help, all the problems have been solved!!!🫶🏻 I am particularly satisfied with the housing experience this time. If there is a next time, I will choose here without hesitation!

Without a doubt one of the best hotels in Dubai. I was very well received and treated by all the staff during my stay. Fantastic team, always ready to help. One of the best I've ever seen. A big hug to everyone, especially to my friend Emmanuel who was always tireless.

I want to compliment Manojit for being generous and accomodating supervisor. He gave me water. Assist me on my needs and very responsive. I also see he is very organized and alert during bfast time. He do very well. Good job Manojit -from your Filipino friend

I booked a king room and also put in a request if possible for an airport view. What I got was a twin room with an internal view. I asked to get a king room as that’s what I booked but was told that was the only room they had left. There was no plugs near the bed and there was only 1 plug the other side of the room. We had an early flight and needed to catch the 5am shuttle, so was going to miss the included breakfast. I asked was there anywhere even to get a takeaway cup of tea and was told no.

Here’s a suggestion, just for guest leaving between 4am and breakfast starting have a section to have a takeaway tea or coffee. We’re missing out on breakfast so surely a takeaway drink would make up for that.

On the whole it served its purpose. I’d suggest if someone books a certain type of room then that’s what they are allocated. As a IHG member I felt let down.

My stay was perfect. Room was very clean. Food and beverage team is exceptional. Mr Neeraj and Mr Akshay was very helpfull. They are an asset to the hotel. Hotel have 24 hrs shuttle bus to terminal 3 & 1.

Very comfortable hotel near the airport. Kalam from housekeeping was hardworking and friendly. My room was always perfectly maintained.

The hotel is clean, the staff most specially mam Leanna on the dinning area is superb, always in smile mode that add the classy of the place,

everything is good, the room is clean and Ms Leanna accomodate us well with great customer service.

Amazing staff with Mr vikash and Mr Kalam. Housekeeping was great the amenities was what we needed to travel safe and it had everything we needed

Great service team. Leanna at the Breakfast buffet goes the extra mile by taking care of the little details and anticipating what the customer is looking for. For example: She helped me taking a picture while I was struggling to do a selfie :-) Thanks a lot 🙏
