the hotel is a story to tell in itself.
Pros:

the beach, the location, the food everything was beyond our expectations. simply amazing!

the mosquitoes but the hotel did their best so it is not really related to the venue.

Fantastic wowzer
Pros:

All was good. The breakfast process is a good one but due to language barriers there is many a time the incorrect orders arrive. Just to reinforce the order so that food does not go to waste.

Maybe a buffet option is a better one as well.

Perfect stay, we would come again
Pros:

One of the best hotels on the island. The location of the hotel is great. Chaweng beach - blue water, good swimming. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping centre, etc. The whole area is a little bit hectic, therefore what we loved was the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. You can have it all without it being too overwhelming. The hotel is smaller, accomodating only few guests. Therefore it's quiet, peaceful, not crowded, no mass tourism and therefore the employees can pay more attention to the customers. The breakfast was wonderful, with an ocean view and.The food quality and choice from the menu was great, it was served beautifully. We loved the two pools. For the amount of the guests it's really really big. There is also a quiet pool - if you just want to swimm and relax without loud splashing children. The pools have a really great size and a pleasant temperature. The design is of course very unique. I bet nobody was ever swimming in a red pool. All the staff were very very polite, professional and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms would need a litte renovation/modernization/improvement. For example the jacuzzi was already super old - time to be exchanged for a normal bathtub. The colour from the walls especially on the ceiling was coming off - probably because of the humidity. The AC made from time to time strange loud sounds. It was also blowing quite strong to the bed direction - no matter the AC settings (temperature, fan speed etc.) There were quite many mosquitos (but actually somehow they didn't bite). Even though there were those few imperfections/ need of modernization, we had a perfect stay and would come again.

Amazing property, location and staff
Pros:

I love everything about this property, the facilities the boutique feel the quiet pool and location is walking distance to nightlife and restaurants
Best part of Chaweng beach and the staff are extremely attentive

Cons:

The elevated beds can be difficult if you have mobility issues (bad knees) it’s quite a step down and it’s hard to see in the middle of the night

Perfekter Urlaub
Pros:

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war makellos sauber, unglaublich stilvoll eingerichtet und das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich. Die Hotelanlage ist mit Abstand die schönste, die wir je gesehen haben. Der ruhige, saubere Strand war ein echtes Highlight, und trotzdem war man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß mitten im Geschehen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The Library- лучший!
Pros:

Очень стильный тихий отель, не смотря на расположение в шумной части города! Великолепный пляж! В июне никаких проблем с лежаками у отеля не было. Отливы сильные, но плавать это не мешало.
Прекрасная доступность к ресторанам и торговому центру, до которого пешком 5-7 мин.
Ресторан в отеле очень красивый с видом на море, цены довольно высокие, завтраки по меню, выбор большой, очень вкусно.
Персонал доброжелательный, уборка выше всяких похвал.

Cons:

Wi-fi в номере был очень слабым

A slice of heaven if you want to slow down your life pace.
Pros:

Beyond the slick design, the beach itself was super clean. I love the fact that it has more of an adult vibe, and the quiet pool.

Cons:

Not the property’s fault: noise pollution from faraway bars/ clubs. Unfortunately you can hear some distant club music at night (in the standard rooms- not sure whether it was the same for the private villas)
Sadly: unavoidable when you go to popular hotspots anywhere in the world.
