Très bel hôtel très bien situe plage et piscine magnifique

Les chambres moyens pour le standing
Lavabo dans la chambre au lieu qu’il soit dans la salle de bain très grosse erreurs
Décoration minimaliste tue le Charle de l’hôtel
Le petit déjeuner et la carte du restaurant devient vite redondant si on passe plus de 4 nuits
Mais la qualité de la nourriture est bonne

Almost everything , location, food, staff

Cons:

Maintenance of the hotel could be better. Specially the air conditioners , although i reported an issue in the jim several times it havnt been fixed. We also had similar issue with our room that has been resolved with switching rooms.

Relaxing and pleasant
Pros:

The look and feel and the beach front were wonderful. Restaurant and service staff at the poolside were wonderful.

Cons:

Did not get to check in at 2 pm. To be fair I was given a drinks voucher as part of service recovery. But it was just disappointing. The reason of having insufficient room cleaning staff was hard to fathom.

Amazing - don’t let it get outdated anymore….
Pros:

Staff were amazing, friendly and always willing to assist when asked, it dose need some more upkeep - but overall an amazing stay.

Cons:

I had to cut my trip short a day due to flight changes (Middle East conflict) however when I tried to change my booking for one day less - I was told I needed to pay more, so I just left a day early.

Magical / unforgettable
Pros:

The private pool suite we had was unbelievable !
This place is top notch, staff are very attentive, breakfast very nice. Probably the best room/suite we’ve ever stayed in. So much thought has been put into this magical, almost mysterious place.
A must stay in Koh Samui. We will be back without doubt!

Cons:

Only slight niggle - advertised as adults only but children were staying.

Pros:

Everything was great: the spacious room with in-side pool, a very wide bed, cleaning service, friendly and helpful staff,
outside pools and beach. Location 5 minutes walk from Chaweng mall, where our granddaughter can play on the kids playground with other kids. This hotel the best hotel in Chaweng，

Cons:

Only one “-“: no kids menu.
