For me it was good enough, Would not recommend for families or people that want a classy experience

You can see that the hotel USED to be 5 stars hotel but it is about 2/3 stars now with the size of 5 stars.
The staff is amazing... Really great. Trying to help as much as they can. Huge Huge staff and so friendly.. Really good!
Nice rooms, Although the are old (shower looks old and AC is old type) very comfortable bed and i have a nice table and chairs and wardrobe... Was good and clean.
Close to PRA (7 minutes walk) and to Nice Makati.
There is one of the coolest restaurants i even need in just across the street called filling station, so beautiful, it looks like a 50 American diner but with so many rooms and so many items... it is a must to visit and the food for my taste was really good.. I ate there few time... very cool place!
The room was very nice and comfortable, The Area is loud, and i was in the 7th floor (I think there are 20 something floors) maybe if i was in a higher floor it would have beed quieter but in the 7th floor you can hear the street.

As i told my Mother over the phone, "It is not for you, but for me it is OK"
Used to have restaurant but it is closed. Swimming pool is open until 7 but there are no lights so to need to call someone to open the lights for you, They have a "GYM" But it is all broken so i wouldn't publish it as a Gym!!!
Ceilings dropping water and the carpets as soaked. It looks like the place is braking down and they just don't have the funds to fix it (Will cost millions to fix it.. it is huge)
It is located where all the "Night life" is and that didn't work for me, I didn't look for Night life and people that wanted to sell me Viagra and Girls of all kind asking if i "Want Massage" and more suggestions, If i knew that i wouldn't go there. But it is really not their fault, I'm guessing that the prostitutes came after the hotel and maybe that is the reason for why it look like that.
One thing i didn't like about the room, AC does not have remote!!! Again, It looks like an old hotel that the owner don't have the money to fix so this is one of those things.

no good I've been to Makati ten times for vacations, but this is the first time I've seen a hotel this bad

Cons:

The room smelled of damp, the sofas were old and dirty, the carpets were dirty, the elevators were abnormal, the pool was cold. The sports equipment was all old and worn out and unusable.

Very slow service sa front desk. Elevator is very very slow. Some of them are not working. Bad experience. Carpets are smelly.
